He went through everything in great detail and made sure all needs were met. When I actually went in to pick up my car, I was told to come in for 6pm to sign the paperwork and be on my way. After 7pm and still not having seen anyone yet, I started asking questions. I was assured on 4 separate occasions that they were backlogged but it would be "just another 5 minutes". Finally at 7:50pm I was able to get into the finance department to sign my papers. Horrible experience, almost made me not want to have a car. More
