Determine engine problem I have been going to Jonker Honda to service my vehicle for 9 years. They always are polite and respectful to me. I can trust and understand their service immediately. They clearly explain everything well about my cars condition and go beyond to foresee any other problems. I was extremely happy when they squeezed me in for an appointment in 24 hours that completed a service in 1 hour. I tried to get help at 2 other Honda dealers that I had known before them and they said 2-3 weeks to make an appointment. I understand it is Spring auto shops are all busy but when 2 problem lights a flashing it can make you think the worst. I have owned 4 Honda vehicles and I loved each of them like my family. With 3 kids I cannot go anywhere without a great car working for us. Thank you JHonda for taking care if my family car. More

Diagnostic of several problems After a previous service, the heat would be slow to come on. We also mentions several other problems to the rep. About hour and half later the heating problem was fix but also we got an extensive quote/analysis of the root causes of the other problems. Now this is an old car. And I'm sure that the diagnosis took a while. But the dealer did not charge for this extra service. Perhaps because we are a long time customer of the dealership. More than 20 years. Still I'm new to the rep. So I appreciate the extra effort. Wish the found problems were less severe, but oh-well. More
