About hour and half later the heating problem was fix but also we got an extensive quote/analysis of the root causes of the other problems. Now this is an old car. And I'm sure that the diagnosis took a while. But the dealer did not charge for this extra service. Perhaps because we are a long time customer of the dealership. More than 20 years. Still I'm new to the rep. So I appreciate the extra effort. Wish the found problems were less severe, but oh-well. More
