All people that we dealt with were pleasant and professional and got their job done - this includes the service people who had to get the tires changed. Small nickel and dime-ing (<$200) but Sales Manager was relatively accommodating when it was pointed out. This seems to be just the way the industry is in Vancouver (and always has been for the last 40 years - so not a criticism of Jonker but of the industry. Thus 4 rather than 5 star compared to, for example, Australian car dealers. More

Extremely disappointed with the service department. We have taken our vehicles into Jonker on numerous occasions, and are continuously disappointed with not only the qualit with the service department. We have taken our vehicles into Jonker on numerous occasions, and are continuously disappointed with not only the quality of repairs (and the compounding mechanical issues that always seem to arise afterwards), but the appalling customer service when dealing with representatives in that department. There is certainly no focus on customer satisfaction and retention. We will not continue to support this business, and recommend that others do the same. More
