Excellent, WOW service Yesterday's service was all about Greg !! I service my vehicles at yonker, but have Never had service like his. Greg had my 2017 Ridgeline in on time, Yesterday's service was all about Greg !! I service my vehicles at yonker, but have Never had service like his. Greg had my 2017 Ridgeline in on time, kept me informed ( by phone ) of the progress and timing and had a shuttle arranged for me twice, exactly on time as he promised.!!! And informed me about the recall issue when I picked up the truck...great customer communication skills...thanks Greg I'll be sure to ask for him on next service...I have Never received this type of service in the past.!!! And I have serviced all of my vehicles at yonker. Nice to see an improvement there. More

Quick Service and Good Value Went in at 11am and was out the door by 3pm with a new car (demo) that had been dealer prepped and had a set of new tyres (did not like the original t Went in at 11am and was out the door by 3pm with a new car (demo) that had been dealer prepped and had a set of new tyres (did not like the original tire brand and wanted them changed). All people that we dealt with were pleasant and professional and got their job done - this includes the service people who had to get the tires changed. Small nickel and dime-ing (<$200) but Sales Manager was relatively accommodating when it was pointed out. This seems to be just the way the industry is in Vancouver (and always has been for the last 40 years - so not a criticism of Jonker but of the industry. Thus 4 rather than 5 star compared to, for example, Australian car dealers. More
