Service need to be improved I was recommended for a big maintenance service three months ago. the charge was about about $1350, then I requested for replacing my missing Hubcap W I was recommended for a big maintenance service three months ago. the charge was about about $1350, then I requested for replacing my missing Hubcap Wheel Cover as a discount. The advice agreed, and put it on the work list and the receipt. He told me that I need to wait for call for installation since there was no parts at the moment. After that, I was waiting for about a month, no one called me or sent an email. Then I called the service department, the answer was that they would inform the advice and call me back. After another month, I didn't receive any calls and emails. So I called the service again, the advice answered me shortly, and said that he would call me back right away. However, no one contacted me at all. Then I called the service again last week, and was told that no hubcap part record for me at the beginning, fortunately, I was told that I could come and get the part at last. I bought this Toyota matrix in 2011 here, and was recommended for various services many times. Fortunately, I refused the most of them in the past; Unfortunately, I accepted all of them this time. Try to avoid this dealership location I bought my first brand new toyota corolla 2009 at this location at the end of 2008. Since then, I have always been going to this dealership for regul I bought my first brand new toyota corolla 2009 at this location at the end of 2008. Since then, I have always been going to this dealership for regular maintenance and services every 6 months or so because this is the closest toyota dealership. However, I have been to few other Toyota dealership locations in the last 2 years while when I moved away from home. I realized that other dealerships werent as aggressive as this one in terms of pushing for the services. I am NOT very knowledgeable when it comes to cars so I always just listened to their recommendations and agreed to their advice; however, I believe this is when they started to take advantage of me and push for the services that werent necessary. For example, most of the times when I went for a regular 6 month maintenance, the bills would range from $ 300-1000 most of the times. So when I visited the other toyota delaership locations, I asked the staff if there were any "differences" between different toyota dealership; it turns out that its not just myself that think there is a difference between each toyota dealership and people DO have preferences. In other words, dealerships arent like 711 convenience stores in which there is minimal difference between them. Theferfore, I would strongly suggest going to other toyota dealerships for services even if that means driving a bit further to get the services that you actually NEED ONLY. In general, I strongly regret that I have been going to the dealership only to get all the services done, especially this location More
Above and beyond service My family and I were looking to buy a new vehicle and had been to many dealerships before, but this dealership was by far the best. We met Enky and he My family and I were looking to buy a new vehicle and had been to many dealerships before, but this dealership was by far the best. We met Enky and he helped answer all of our questions and made us feel like we were getting exactly what we wanted. There were no gimmicks to his salesmanship, just honesty- which is exactly what we wanted when purchasing a car that will last us many years. Everyone else at the dealership was kind and respectful but Enky really went over and above to make sure our experience was great. Thank you to everyone there and especially Enky! More
Best experience ever! I loved the service and everything Enky had done for me and my family. He now has a family of fans! I could not have been treated better. I have bought brand new from Honda and was lied to. Enky laid it all out on the table. So between my new Bear Paw Edition Tacoma and Enky's assistance with our children. We left Toyota with the biggest smiles. Thank you! More
Locked in without any warning I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and made a special trip to show my wife on Easter Friday. I called in advance and the person on the phone stated they will be closing between 17:30 and 18:00. By 17:10 we had noticed the entrance and exit had been blocked by vehicles and our vehicle stranded in. We talked to the neighboring dealership who stated this is not the first time this has happened and stated they would call the manager. We were told the manager would be there in 45 minutes but no one showed for an hour and a half. We ended up going over a curb putting our vehicle in possible danger after having no other option to get home. I'm sure the dealership has a public address system to make customers aware of there closing time, or at least the staff member blocking the exits could have let us aware of the situation. I am not a happy customer and will now have to start my search for a used vehicle all over again. More

I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. .I met ENKY who guided us through the process. I can't say enough about ENKY as my product advisor. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guy been my buddy for years. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. ENKY went above and beyond when I had questions about the car. Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. More

Absolutely garbage service worst ever! I was to have a simple car tire change . Was quoted 1.5 hours max - took 3 hrs !!! After they removed my tires which was done after 1.5 hours . They told me only then that they are running over an hour behind ! I have a 2 yo with me since it's a quick service !? Completely unexpectedly. They could have told me at drop off at 930 this was happening but no - instead I was completely xxxxed with a whining child hungry and tried and all I get is a sorry . Well that's not good enough - I could have left and gone somewhere else . Portmoody never had any issues and always on time . Will not be returning here for any reason ever! More
