They could have told me in the morning the price was higher then agreed upon. instead they waited until i had spent all day running around getting things together to purchase a vehicle. I was getting ready to drop off my rental but i wanted to confirm everything before i did so and that is when they added another $1000 to the end price. and because i went on Monikas word and didn't get it in writing. She is a deceitful person who is usually too busy to help you in the first place. i had asked multiple times if i should just deal with someone else since she was too busy. Now i wish i had. I sat in her office while she asked the manager what price they could do on the vehicle, she came back and told me a price we agreed upon that price. She gave me her word (which obviously isn't worth dog S***) that they would save the car for me i had asked about a deposit or anything to secure it and she said i wouldn't need it. She then had the nerve to say no deposit no vehicle! i have had the worst year of my life, i was attacked at random and my best friend died in my arms after stepping in to protect me. i do not have much faith in humanity, and this branch further provides proof that people are horrible selfish uncaring monsters. i have had 2 previous toyota vehicles, my father has a toyota truck and my mother has a lexus. we only drive toyota. and to be treated with such deceptive untrustworthy behavior makes me question if i should start looking at Honda.
