I went to JP motors after being to several other dealerships looking for a car. I waited not even 5 minutes to see Ryan. His greeting was very warm. He sat beside me as opposed to behind his desk. I explained my situation to him as I felt I had run out of options. He was very honest and told me there is always options at JP motors ! I was reluctant to believe at first because of all the lies I've been told from previous dealerships. Ryan got me approved by the following day for the car I have wanted for many years, 2011 Nissan Versa! He let me test drive it and made me feel not rushed. I told him the tires were too small and he had them changed to the best tires (Firestone) and what a big difference. My car was supposed to be ready by Wednesday but Ryan had it ready by Monday because I was renting a car and he wanted to help me save! People are going to write bad reviews but my experience was amazing!! He was so friendly, fast, efficient and he really cared about me and my needs. I highly recommend JP motors! Go see for yourself. :) More
I gave a deposit for a 2010 Acura to hold while I was arranging the funds through my bank (it ended up taking 9 days). Sales guy said no problem "you have the first right of refusal".... if someone is in arranging the funds through my bank (it ended up taking 9 days). I called when my funds were released from the bank only to be told they sold the car but I could have my deposit back (how nice!!!). Not even a phone call to let me know. They did say they had a 2012 Acura if I was interested, ha ha.... Sorry JP Motors, you lost my business because you lack customer service and simple respect for others. If I received a phone call, you could have sold both Acura's. Hopefully you will treat your potential customers better in the future ;) More
Was told car was to ready Thursday, today I called to find out when (Wednesday), left 7 messages, 4 emails and was told the mgr would call me back within 1/2 hour each time. Showed up to meet in person, waited 25mins, no one came out to talk to me, was promised that Ryan would call me back in the next hour (it was 5), 7:00 I called back again and was told he was with a client and that he would call right back. 45 minutes later I called back, got transferred to Ryan who was all kinds of rude, telling me the financing rate that I was promisedon Monday after my application had been approved at the rate of 4.99%, that was advertised in the add for the 2007 car I was buying, was apparently not available on 2007's and he was "trying to help me out by getting me the rate" I was told I had been already approved for, and might I again reinforce is stated right under the 2007 vehicle details. ? If it isn't available on 2007 vehicles, why is it advertised on 2007 and older vehicles??? False advertising? Yup. I guess you have to spend more than $10000 to get treated fairly and with respect and dignity. Or maybe a male at the very least. I don't want to take away anything from my sales rep Ty who was exemplary! !!! Not his fault in any way, I will feel bad for him if I don't get the car at the rate I was approved for by Saturday as I will go to the Autodome, pay the same price, but get my car hassle free by Saturday even though I am going to buy it tomorrow depending on how I am treated tomorrow.....buyer beware of the rude disrespectful "management" team!!! More
Called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle that they have had advertised on their website. Previously had filled out an online submission form and received a phone call and email from a lady that they have had advertised on their website. When I called ended up with JOHN (apparently the Service Manager) who was only interested in stealing the sale from the lady that did the leg work. Totally rude on the phone when I called him out on it, and hung up on me. E-mailed the Owner to advise him of this problem, never received a response. Clearly don't care about customer service, so didn't waste my time going there. More
I bought a 2010 Ford F150 from JP motors 2 weeks ago. I waited the week they said it would take to get the vehicle ready. Upon arrival to pick the truck up I realized that they had not put new tires on the waited the week they said it would take to get the vehicle ready. Upon arrival to pick the truck up I realized that they had not put new tires on the truck, like they had promised. I set up an appointment to get the new tires put on, which would now have to be done on my own time. They said would take an hour, but it turns out it took them a total of 2.5 hours to get the job done. Unacceptable. Overall the experience with JP Motors was horrible. Customer service was brutal. They kept pushing me aside as if I meant nothing to them. I may be only one customer, but that is no reason to just push someone around. This just shows that it is not always best to deal with the bigger dealerships. I highly recommend not wasting your time going to JP Motors. It will be a waste of your time. More
The Service staff was reluctant to assist me with my warranty problem. I had to insist on bringing the car for them to look at and was told they couldn't repair until the next day due to delivery of pa warranty problem. I brought the car back 7:30am the next morning as directed by the service manager. I told the staff, both Rob and Nicole that I would wait, since I had to get out of town that afternoon for an important meeting. My car was taken in for the repairs at 8:00am and completed at 11:00am. The car sat in the lot until 11:30am when it was taken down for an alignment due to the repairs performed. This is where I have the issue with courtesy from the staff. My car did not return until 4:00pm that afternoon!!!! 5 hours after the repairs were completed. Not once did the staff offer any information without me first going and asking why so long! I had to ask several times with no acceptable answer! Neither Rob or Nicole said they were sorry for the long delays throughout the entire time!!! I ended up sitting in the service waiting area for 8 1/2 hours, missed my meeting and had to pay for some of the repair costs that I believe should have been covered by the warranty! The attitude of the staff was totally unacceptable throughout the entire day!!! More

This place is run by, in my opinion, rich careless kids who had it passed down to them from their parents. DON'T GO TRUST ME!!!! More
I purchased a vehicle from JP Motors recently and had an exceptional customer service experience. I am from Thunder Bay and wanted to fly down to the Toronto area to purchase a vehicle because of the limite exceptional customer service experience. I am from Thunder Bay and wanted to fly down to the Toronto area to purchase a vehicle because of the limited selection we have here. I tried to buy a vehicle from two other places. I put a a deposit on the cars, but when someone walked on to the lot they sold the car and just refunded my money. It was getting frustrating. A friend of mine and I had dealt with JP Motors about three years ago. They were awesome then and were awesome again this time. I called the Internet Sales team (Melissa and Samantha) and they took a larger deposit than customary to ensure the car was held. I mailed the license plate part of my ownership and when I arrived a week later all I had to do was sign the Bill of Sale and pay the remaining balance. I flew into Pearson Airport at 8am on Saturday morning. When I asked the Sales Team if someone could pick me up from there they did not hesitate to volunteer. Dave went out of his way to pick me up at the airport. it definitely didn't hurt that he's good looking; the car ride to Burlington was better than bearable. I am thrilled with my new car! The interior was spotless and it seems to be mechanically sound. I had a 1800 trip in two days to get the car back to Thunder Bay so the team made sure I had a fresh oil change, wiper fluid, etc. and was ready to hit the road with confidence in my new car. I would definitely deal with JP Motors again and will recommend this company to my friends and family. More
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. The salesman spent more time on his phone that with us. Upon receipt of the vehicle the battery was not the original that we purchased, but was another salesman spent more time on his phone that with us. Upon receipt of the vehicle the battery was not the original that we purchased, but was another that would not hold charge. Had to buy a new one!!!They are crooks and stay away from this dealer. They will offer you a car proof for 49.95, do not purchase as you can view it on their website for no charge... So far not a good experience!!!!!!!! More
I bought 2008 Audi A4 from JP motor on Aug 5,2011, we live in west brantford , far away from JP motor. I already had 8 times travels to JP motor for various problems within a month then on Sep 4 live in west brantford , far away from JP motor. I already had 8 times travels to JP motor for various problems within a month then on Sep 4,2011 --the car couldn't start at all, had to use booster to start every time . The car stayed in JP motor from Sep7 to Sep 12 , finally I was notify to pick up the car. Service tech said the problem was caused by radio and fixed. But I noticed the Rust Protection Module ( installed by JP motor,addtional fee charged) indicator not on as it should be. The service tech told me that they disconnected it for charging battery and forget to connect it back. Fortunately I noticed it. I don't know if anythings else they forgot to connect back because I don't know about car techinicals. but later we found the car had trouble starting up in the early morning when cold outside. da-da-da-da-da-da ... then start up . and lost music screen . After two trips to JP motor. A manager called Jeff finally met me on Sep 19,2011 .I requested to exchange to other better car. I'll pay the difference. The request was refused and he insisted that the car has no problem I was asked to go to Audi dealer. I went to Audi Hamilton the same day Sep19,2011 and made appointment on sep 26 ,2011 Before Sep 26 appointment with Audi. oil level low warning light came on on Sep 22 The examination on Sep26 from Audi is battery problem and replaced . and Audi also refilled oil for me. I had to pay a few hundred dollars for the repair. JP motor promised on the sale invoice for one month or 1500km warranty. they did not fix the car problem and even disconnected something . Finally I was pushed to Audi dealer After the problem fixed in Audi dealer ,I started to contact JP motor I called to managers , nobody answered I emailed to managers, no reply I faxed to managers, no reply Untill Sep 28 .
