Great choice and experience. We needed to get a car for our kids with summer jobs, and university on the horizon. We did not want to spend a lot, but we wanted something reliable. JP Motors has a very user friendly web site, so that drew us to the dealership. When we visited the lot, I was amazed at the amount of cars they had on the lot. They also have them pretty well organized by price, and model, so you can walk down the rows and see what you are looking for and other options. Mark was a great help in listening to our needs, and steering us to a couple of suggestions. He did not pressure us at, but was just very friendly and helpful. We found a Ford Focus, and Mark showed us some of the options. He gave us some good information on this car, and some of others we were looking at. We went home that night and continued to search the web for a better deal. JP seems to have the best deals that we could find, and they have a huge selection. We went back the next day, and bought the car from Mark, and closed the deal with Ryan. Both of these guys were great,,, When we picked the car up,, we brought our kids, and they had put balloons and ribbons on the car,,, it was amazing. I went to the lot to check out my soon to be "new" VW and although it was exactly what the website stated I saw another car that just had come into inventory that also looked great. I was needing some unbiased advise and Mark's friendly and knowledgeable approach helped me decide on my new Ford. It was a very pleasant experience and Mark couldn't have been more helpful. The actual purchase of the vehicle was very simple and positive. Ryan completed all of the necessary paperwork quickly and provided me with some options that turned out to be quite advantageous. Ryan was very friendly and genuinely excited for me and my new purchase. For the delivery of my car I met with Tracy. She was amazing. Very organized, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from JP Motors. Overall, it was the best experience I've had buying a car in over 25 years. More

Shopping at JP Motors I had been looking for a Ford Expedition and saw a 2007 model on your web pages. I called in on a very wet Tuesday and was greeted by Joe. He welcom I had been looking for a Ford Expedition and saw a 2007 model on your web pages. I called in on a very wet Tuesday and was greeted by Joe. He welcomed me to the dealership and obliged me, letting me take the vehicle for a drive. I found the experience dealing with Joe very pleasant indeed not having any pressure tactics from him at all. We came to a financial agreement, I shook hands with Joe, and was, at that point the proud owner of the Expedition. Two days later I received a call from Tracy in the vehicle pick-up office to tell me my Expedition was ready for me to pick-up. Like Joe, Tracy was also a very friendly person making me feel very comfortable. She explained all the paperwork to me and when I asked about the Ride Green Warranty, she realized it had not been done. Apologizing, she went to see about it, came back and told me it would take 20 - 30 mins, still apologizing and handed me money to go and get a coffee and snack on JP Motors. I couldn't have been any happier with the service I received both from Joe and Tracy and not to mention Tracy's partner Erin??. Would I recommend JP Motors, most definitely and I would also look to shop there again if and when the need arises. More

Warning It's my first time writing a review but I thought this dealer deserves one. This is just a warning to people who might consider JP motors. This was my fourth used car dealer experience in Ontario and easily the worst. My advice is to avoid this place. What sucked: They pressure you. If you are getting close on price you'll get moved to "negotiation room". There they use good cop, bad cop routine which really isn't surprising considering the owners background. The bad cop tells you why your car is worth much less than you are asking. The good cop tells you why their car is perfect. They are ready to spend time getting you lower the price. I didn't give up much but I just hate dealing with these high pressure sales people. They lie to you. I needed to have winter tires on the car I was buying. I was stupid and took their word on the "special price" winter tires. My mistake was not to get the price on paper so I ended up paying more than discussed. They lie to you again. The car I bought had clean accident history. Anyhow bumper and hood had been repainted. I didn't notice when buying the car since the color was well matched. I noticed it three months later when the paint started to peel off. Had to get those parts painted again... They use low quality parts. When I bought the car all the brake discs were brand new from their service. Week later the front discs were so warped the car was shaking when braking. I had to take the car to Audi dealer and get the discs replaced. Let's just say it wasn't cheap... Positives. I had problems to find another dealer who would take my trade in car. Oil consumption of that car was 4L / 1000km and it also had other things to fix. This dealer bought it. More

Run away FAST !!! stopped in at there lot to look at a car, looked at the car, looked good, was told the price of the car, a bit over my budget, but was close, so we we stopped in at there lot to look at a car, looked at the car, looked good, was told the price of the car, a bit over my budget, but was close, so we went ahead with the paper work, the car was for my wife, so I let her sit down and fill out the paperwork, after it was all filled out, the price of the car had doubled, when she asked about it, they told her that they would re-adjust it the next day, no copy of the paperwork was given, next day we went in, and told them we did not want the car at that price, one salesman told us we had to take the car, as she signed a sales agreement, we demanded our deposit back, and I guess we got lucky as we got it back, we voided the contract and left the lot, thinking that was close.. BUT 2 days later, I get a phone call, asking for some information, for the financing, I asked them what they were financing and how much, and could not get an answer, so I then went to the credit bureau, and sure enough they tried 3 different banks, all at the same time to finance this car, after we said we did not want it, which in turns lowers your credit score, noting I can do about it but say run away from JP motors, go shop somplace else, More
