Our salesman Mark Dawson took the time to listen to us and help us wor through our considerations. Once we decided I was able to take the car for a few hours to have my mechanic look at for an unbiased opinion. Finalizing the financial part was smooth as Ryan explained our options in detail allowing us to make an informed deciscion and the pick up the car was again smooth with Tracey and Ryan going above and beyond allowing us to pick up our car as scheduled. The web site has live chat where you can discuss the vehicle or vehicles you are interested in with a live person even when the dealership is closed.The pictures on the web site were very clear and you could get a good idea of the look of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. I set up a VIP appointment through live chat to look at a vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle had been brought up to the front so it was easy to look at and to take for a test drive.. After the test drive the purchase procedure went smoothly, they listened to our comments on the vehicle and had the repairs done as condition of sale. . Picking it up yesterday was smooth and everything was ready to go. Tracey was awesome in getting us into our "new" jeep and away. Today we had a problem with the wipers, and went back out to see about a repair. This was handled swiftly and politely by the service department. Awesome awesome awesome!!!!! More

Get there and dont know where to park and a older gentleman told me to "park wherever the xxxx you want" then i went into there show room to meet tim where tim informed me that the car was still for sale so I was excited because I knew i was going to buy it. I took it for a test drive and everything was what i thought it was so I got back and waited by the car for him to come out. He walks out and I tell him im happy with it and go to make him an offer and he informs me that he sold it while i was on the test drive. I asked i thought it was first come first serve I guess being in the car and driving it still isnt first come to Tim. shared this experience with other dealers while i con't my car search and they all agreed that Tim is not the most ethical car salesman out there to put it nicely. DO NOT EVEN TAKE A LOOK AT THIS PLACE!!! Bought a 2008 Mercedes Benz c300. Never ending problems from the minute I drove off the lot to only bring it back the very next day. It's like they sold you a broken car and when ever you have a problem, they fix it not only once but you'll end up bringing it back again for the same issue and on top of a new problem. This dealer ship sold be close down for fraud. The warranty is garbage too, it only pays up to $2500 and parts and labour for engine and transmission. When you call the manager, you can only get his voice mail and he will never return your calls. Right now I have never ending problems and bills that come along with it. I'm not even driving this car that I just bought 1 month ago. Issues that I'm having are: defective tires, engine light comes on, transmission skips, brake lights do not work, front headlights work sometimes. Heat does not always blow. Heat gauge goes up once you are stuck in traffic. They say it's "accident free"..... Another lie they tell you. If you are looking to buy a car to fix up, this place is for you. Otherwise DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they should be close down for fraud!!!! More
