We bought another car on the same day from a better, professional and polite dealership in town: CarNation Direct. It is also obvious that they neither accept criticism nor admit wrongdoing. My evaluation on facebook was deleted in less than 24 hrs instead of contacting me for an apology. I assume they only keep the 5 stars evaluation on their page. I will never go there again even if they are the only car dealers in town!! More

Don't buy from here. 2 weeks after I bought my vehicle, my back wheel fell off and went across the street. Has costs me over $1,000 in repairs for ball joint, suspension a 2 weeks after I bought my vehicle, my back wheel fell off and went across the street. Has costs me over $1,000 in repairs for ball joint, suspension and alignment and only received 1 key. Key got stuck in ignition and had to get a locksmith $60 and buy another key at Canadian Tire ($80) without fob. They don't call you back. And don't believe the 30 day guarantee. I am a senior and they have taken advantage of me. More
