Worst Salesman ever! Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional salesman his name is Tim. He dealt with us in very blunt and ignorant way. We bought another car on the Horrible customer service. We bought another car on the same day from a better, professional and polite dealership in town: CarNation Direct. It is also obvious that they neither accept criticism nor admit wrongdoing. My evaluation on facebook was deleted in less than 24 hrs instead of contacting me for an apology. I assume they only keep the 5 stars evaluation on their page. I will never go there again even if they are the only car dealers in town!! More

That goes from the sales staff all the way along the car buying path to the wonderful Connie who handled the financing, paperwork and all the other unseen details that made this purchase quick and easy. This is the second vehicle I've purchased at JP and I highly recommend that anyone looking for good quality used vehicles start at JP Motors. More

Don't buy from here. 2 weeks after I bought my vehicle, my back wheel fell off and went across the street. Has costs me over $1,000 in repairs for ball joint, suspension a 2 weeks after I bought my vehicle, my back wheel fell off and went across the street. Has costs me over $1,000 in repairs for ball joint, suspension and alignment and only received 1 key. Key got stuck in ignition and had to get a locksmith $60 and buy another key at Canadian Tire ($80) without fob. They don't call you back. And don't believe the 30 day guarantee. I am a senior and they have taken advantage of me. More

Tell you one price over the phone and lie about it once you go in to pay. Don't give this terrible company your money because they don't back up their vehicles and handle customer with disrespect! After delivery we had to bring the car back on 3 separate occassions ..even today on the last day of warranty period the car is there again for a 4th separate issue. They tell us we cannot have our money back and we can only choose what (based on our experience) can only be another lemon. Getting answers is next to impossible and then the lies start just to protect themselves. I will never recommend dealing with this company More
Dishonest about pricing on warranties This dealership tries to trick you into extended warranties and do not tell you exactly what it will cost you then they try to rush you through the si This dealership tries to trick you into extended warranties and do not tell you exactly what it will cost you then they try to rush you through the signing so that you don't see that, in my case, they are charging you $4000 extra in optional things you do not even need. The finance guy became very rude and forceful after we stated that we did not want these extras and made empty threats about how financing depends on it. Don't believe anything they say about how much the optional additions will cost you... he said its only an extra $5...IT IS NOT!! its all lies. Read the amounts on the contract for the true cost before signing. If you purchase the rust protection ensure that the device has been actually installed in the car as ours wasn't yet you pay an extra $1100 for it. Overall what I disliked the most was how hard I had to fight to get those OPTIONAL additions removed, the finance guy was pretty much trying to bully us into it he got so rude and angry. It made the whole experience very negative. They are only nice when you are agreeing to everything.. More

poor warranty service purchased a 2009 Jeep Patriot in December 2014. Shorty after picking up vehicle a noticeable noise was heard from the rear end. Returned car for a ch purchased a 2009 Jeep Patriot in December 2014. Shorty after picking up vehicle a noticeable noise was heard from the rear end. Returned car for a checkup via appointment at a later date but still under the 30 day warranty. Was told that the car was test driven and no notice was heard. Did not drive vehicle for approx 2 months starting in January. 2015. Upon driving car once more a loud noise was coming from rear end of vehicle. The same noise that I heard but the mechanic did not hear in December remained a problem with our vehicle and because of this I will be facing a repair bill. More
