Salesman Ed is awesome. My sales man was awesome at making sure I got to purchase my truck and it wasn't sold to the other guy who was lined up to purchase it that day. He went the extra mile and even came in an hour and a half early to help me out. I am thankful that I got the truck and also feel sorry for the other guy that drove out from Oshawa just to come there for some bad news and disappointment that the truck he wanted had been sold. If he hadn't allowed me to come in an hour and a half early I would have missed out on my truck. Thank you Ed! More

Word of warning .they have an incredible about of selection and one can be overwhelmed.this is a dealership where you do your research and come in knowing exactly what you want. We test drove several cars over several visits and Aaron did not hesitate to change his schedule several times to accommodate ours. There were no high pressure sales tactics or games with this salesman or dealership. Delivery of our vehicle was ahead of schedule and we received the car nicely detailed and road worthy. However, after several weeks, a few mechanical issues presented themselves (it is a used car afterall). Nicole at the JP Motors service center was very prompt in having our truck repaired for us at no cost and without hesitation. This level of after sales service is beyond my expectations and for this very reason I recommend JP Motors. More

He made sure there was plenty of fuel in the car for our test drive and when we went on our first test drive he asked if there was anything else he could get ready for us to drive.After we drove a couple of cars we sat down with Dave and talked about our trade in. We were able to be close on what i was looking for in trade value and put a deal together. After that we went into the business office and dealt with Nicholas Macleod. He was able to arrange financing at a rate that was lower than what i as quoted at my bank. Not once did anyone ever try to push me into buying anything i did not want. The day i went to pick up the car Dave and Nicholas were both there once the paperwork was signed they took me out to the car and again made sure i knew how everything worked before i drove away.They made the whole event of buying a car a real pleasure More
