Never again will I buy from JP motors or will ever refer anyone there. A week after I picked up my car it had tire pressure issues. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of the person that could get me into your shop. After that the front grill of my car, the paint was clearly touched up before I bought it and it had peeled off. That took over a month to get a response back from someone. When it came time for me to do an oil change we realized that the oil change that we were promised was never actually done. I was lied to over and over again. Extremely disappointed in my experience. And never ever again.
