After due diligence I had narrowed down my focus, and after a few test drives on various vehicles I found the one for me. The sales person was exceptional in providing all the pertinent information, while maintaining a no pressure, help the customer approach. All the details such as financing, and final prep were completed flawlessly. I am very pleased with the experience and would recommend anyone to include JP Motors in their pre-owned vehicle search. Having come from a country where owning a car is easy, to all the rules and laws in Canada, I thought I would be walking for the next few months at least. The team at JP motors made this process a whole lot simpler for me, explaining every part of the process and what needed to be done. I purchased a vehicle that I thought was in great condition, and although i found issues with it after taking delivery of it, I alerted the dealership through Connie, and I must say that the matter was handled and resolved most professionally. A difficult situation handled with the utmost respect for the customer. From first contact with Joanne on the phone, to dealing with Dave Dubik, and then finally with Connie Taylor, I would highly recommend this team for the customer service skills and attention to care and detail. Keep up the good work. More

We resently purchased a 2011 Ford Edge from Rob and he spent the great part of the day with us test driving vehicles while we had our 3 month baby with us. He was very professional, friendly and out going. He made us feel very comfortable as we needed to do diaper changes and nursing during our time with him. It can be challenging to do these sorts of tasks with a baby but he made it very easy and we did not feel pressured at all. After we had picked up our suv and Robs side of the sale was completed, I reached out to him for help on New Years Eve of all days that you would not want to be bothered and he helped me in a situation of someone denting my car door after only owning it for 2 days. Luckly i saw the person who did it and got their info. I asked Rob to please lead me to a body shop as i dont have any experiance in this area. He did so and i have been very well taken care of by that company (Global Tech) as well. Overall dealing with Rob was a pleasure next time we purchase a vehicle it will be from Jp motors again as they have never let us down. We will be without hesitation calling Rob to make our purchase through him. He made this a great buying experience. Thanks Rob More

It was nice to be able to shop at a lot with a large selection and they didn't put a lot of pressure on you. Found the ML350 which I liked so decided to come back and trade in my old vehicle for this one. Once the sale was made, I got transferred to the department that handles deliveries (never did get a follow up call from the sales team) who had scheduled my pick up for a few days later. Had booked part day off work to pick up the car, but received a call just before I left delaying the delivery, so had to reschedule. (not sure why I couldn't have been notified earlier so I can adjust my schedule). Finally picked up car and brought it home. A few weeks in, I started getting an alerts on the car - blind spot assist inoperable. Called them up to book an appointment to get this fixed under the warranty they provide after you buy the car from their lot (30 day, 1,500km warranty) They called me to report that this alert would require some deep diagnosis and would likely require a replacement module - and they would be covering this under their warranty. They stated their warranty was at 100% "mechanical" warranty and this is NOT mechanical. So I am going to have to pay for it. This is not "Mechanical"????? That is just terrible. This is just another company that is glad to take your money and see you leave. Won't buy there again or recommend it to anyone. Go to Haldimand Motors where they WILL take car of you and have a very big, no pressure lot with great prices!!! Avoid JP Motors More

The ML is in like new condition and came with new brakes and lightly used tires, 3 month free SiriusXM satellite service, the only problem was that ML only came with one key, and is missing the owners manual, which is why my review is 4 stars. When I sited in JP Motors alone, she is the only one person to help me. I can't use words to say thank you, it's not enough. So, both JP Motors and Joanne are reliable, and trustworthy. Therefore, I'll recommend her to everyone if they ask me about cars. More

I’m still quite upset with the way they handled our issues after we purchased the vehicle which is why I’ve taken so long to write this review. All we heard through the entire process was how successful they were and how they sold 10 cars a day, although when it came right down to it, we were just a number to them and once they got our money, they were done with us. Their customer support or lack thereof is appalling. We met with Luis Paredes Jr. on our initial visit. We returned a week later and dealt with Mark Dawson. They were both quite helpful at the time, although we ended up buying a Tucson from Mark. We really had no issues until we picked up the vehicle. We dealt with Connie Taylor regarding the financing and she truly was the only positive aspect out of the entire experience. She worked with our credit and was able to get our monthly payments down to what we could afford. There were many phone calls and questions, and she was patient and supportive. Although a word of advice…please do your homework when it comes to the extended warranty. It saved us quite a bit of money to not have it included. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Ultimately they are in the business to sell you whatever they can to make money. Upon pick up, the car was very dirty and I noticed some stains in the back seat. I didn’t realize the extent of the dirt until I had to clean it myself. Luis told us initially that they would detail the car for us as was their standard practice. It took me 3 hours to properly clean the car and that was just on the inside! I found roughly 4 handfuls of garbage in-between the seats and disgusting dog hair. If I could attached the pictures (which we showed JP Motors, I would) There was old coffee spills in the gear shift and I had to use a screwdriver to chisel out the gunk. There were stains on the ceiling of the car and noticed after the fact that we didn’t even receive any back floor mats. My husband texted Connie right away and asked her who we can bring our concerns to. She gave him the name of a woman (who we called 3 times) and of course we never heard back. Unfortunately I don’t recall her name. We had 7 days to return the vehicle should there be any issues. We brought it to our mechanic who we’ve known for years and obviously trust to have a once over and he discovered that the front tires were no good. He said within a few months they needed to be replaced and he would not travel too far with them. I didn’t expect to spend that kind of money and then have to dish out more money to get new tires! Not to mention the safety issue. Since our phone calls were being ignored, my husband stopped in to the showroom and spoke to Mark face to face. He assured him that he would ‘take care of it’. And again, we heard nothing. I received a follow up email from Kevin Kirkpatrick (who is in Customer Relations) and so my husband called him and explained what we found out about the tires. It took 3 weeks for someone to get back to us after we called numerous times. We were told we had to bring it in to their garage in Burlington. We made an appointment and I went to their showroom but found out I was given the wrong address! The garage was apparently located down the street. After driving around with my toddler for 10 minutes I finally found it. After leaving the car for half an hour to be inspected, the service manager said there is nothing wrong with the tires and everything looks fine. What a joke! As if I’m going to take his word over my mechanics. Ultimately it was my word against theirs and they couldn’t care less. We just recently had to spend another $1000 to get new tires. I could understand if they wouldn’t change the tires because they felt our complaint wasn’t warranted. But it was just one thing after another. Our issues and concerns were ignored and not one person took what we had to say seriously. After spending that kind of money on a large purchase like a vehicle, you expect a certain level of service and we definitely did not receive it at JP Motors. My only reason for going back to purchase another vehicle in the future would be because of Connie. Since this was my first used car purchase, I know now what to ask for and what to demand before signing anything. More
