Thank you for voicing your opinion on this forum, and sharing your story. We are happy to receive feedback, in all forms from our customers. While we understand that you are disappointed about the repair work not being covered, the issue was and electrical sensor. It was communicated clearly to you that our 30-day/1,500km standard warranty is mechanical items only. We can appreciate that the situation is upsetting, however while unfortunate is not the fault of JP Motors.

While I understand not having a second key or owner's manual was not ideal for you, unfortunately if when we purchase the vehicle, we are only given one key, we only have one key yo give you.The same goes for the owner's manuals. We didn't give you one, simply because we weren't given one. I have provided a link below to try an help, as all owners manuals for most makes and models are available online. Although you feel you did not receive the service level you were expecting, I am happy yo say that we do use reviews like yours to improve our service standards. I do apologize that the vehicle was not cleaned to your satisfaction, we would certainly have re-cleaned it for you, though I appreciate that it not an excuse. Regarding the tires, you would not have been told that they were "fine", but that the tread levels pass a Government of Ontario regulated Safety Standard. That being said, I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with you overall experience with J.P. Motors, and as mentioned, will use this criticism to further refine our sales practices.
