Set up an appointment with David on what had to be the coldest, windiest day of the year. Even though it was freezing outside David took the time to show us several vehicles we were interested in and provided great service throughout. We were able to pick up our GLK350 earlier than expected and it was in great condition. Would definitely recommend to anyone. More

Not Impressed Bought a vehicle here and have issues with Tom C. the salesman I dealt with as he was very helpful and did everything he said he would do. However, the dealer preparation of the vehicle was very poor. The vehicle had not been cleaned and detailed very well at all, dash area was dirty and there was black muck under trunk lid at sides where water drains are. Mechanically, the battery posts were filthy and needed cleaning, the battery hold down clamp was loose and rattling around, air filter was dirty and filter box was also loose and rattling, oil and filter had not been changed and needed it, none of the door hinges and locks had been lubricated and as part of the the safety check they did they had replaced one headlight bulb but had not seated the bulb properly and was way out of line. I had also purchased a similar car from Roger's Motors in Oakville about six months before and had none of these or any other issues with them More

He is a very trust worthy man I say this because I shared a very personal matter with him and he really went out of his way to make sure I got the car I deserve.I also had the pleasure of meeting Connie who made the financing/ paperwork process fun and exciting and most of all understandable. She also went out of her way to help me out a very kind and friendly woman. Do not hesitate to visit JP motors you won't be disappointed and trust me once you leave you'll ask yourself ' why didn't I visit sooner?"
