CADILLAC MEN!!! EXACTLY LIKE THE MOVIE!! I purchased a car with a "30day bumper to bumper", as Paul Davis said, warranty. Two months later, I am still waiting. 1)Dying battery, had to fight I purchased a car with a "30day bumper to bumper", as Paul Davis said, warranty. Two months later, I am still waiting. 1)Dying battery, had to fight to get a new one.The mechanics said they cleaned the battery terminals. Written on the invoice they gave me. I changed the battery myself, took pictures and guess what, the battery was not touched at all. 2)Damaged wheels, "only cosmetic, we don't fix that!". The car still vibrates,and I will have it fixed by MY qualified mechanics. 3)Windshield wipers no good, had to fight to get new ones, were not replaced even though safety inspection passed. 4)Paid to have the muffler repaired at my mechanic, loose parts...was not covered or found on the saftey. 5)Paul Davis promised me a bug deflector"I can throw that in for you Buddy". then said "I never said that." 6)I was promised paint touch up pen, because there are many many scratches.@months still waiting. 7)The bluetooth does not work on the radio. I told them about it from even before I signed for the car, I got a reply on August 29 after I called and called service...We are waiting for Ryan Pattinson to give us the OK, to put a used part in. At Nissan the cost is 900$ plus tax plus installation for the part. More

Bought an Acura MDX from this dealership After I bought the salesman, Peter, said that I should pay $400 administrative fee. As I was coming from out of town, I paid. There were parts missing After I bought the salesman, Peter, said that I should pay $400 administrative fee. As I was coming from out of town, I paid. There were parts missing on the car and they promised to fix but never sent the parts to me. They tried to sell me extended warranty on the transmission etc. I did not buy the extended warranty. I would be very careful next time I buy a used car. More

The car is in good shape, all safety and e-test done by the dealer including oil change and other necessary repairs. One year of complementary walkaway insurance as well. They have a good variety of cars to choose from. Initially had some problems with financing and fees but got it sorted out by Mr. Ryan Pattinson who delivers good customer service and listened to my problem. An advice: just ensure to discuss entire details before hand if you opt for financing. More

The customer pays when these guys screw up. Bought a 2008 Jeep off of them; noticed during the test drive that there were some watermarks on the inside near the sunroof and asked that they check Bought a 2008 Jeep off of them; noticed during the test drive that there were some watermarks on the inside near the sunroof and asked that they check that during the safety/cleanup (in case it wasn't someone just forgetting to close it and it rained). They didn't bother to look, apparently. We took it home and when it rained, there was moisture inside on the fabric all through the passenger side. Checked it with a nearby dealership and they said significant rust damage and significant repairs needed- this was less than a week after purchasing. Took it back to JP and asked that it be either properly fixed or we want to return it. They are refusing either one. It has been less than 2 weeks and no attempt to make it right. Appalling and am very, very disappointed. We will be pursuing multiple avenues of complaint. More
