The main reason I wanted to leave a review is because of how impressed I was with the way they stand behind their vehicules. After a few days of driving my new truck I noticed a ticking apon start up. Yes, Ford F-150s have a reputation of having bad exhaust manifolds and I knew this was the problem. I took it back in and it was diagnosed that it was indeed the exhaust manifold. They replaced both my right and left manifolds and (anyone who knows Fords knows this is a terrible job as the studs usually break off) had lots of difficulty doing so. They stood by their 30 day standard warranty and there was no cost to me. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my experience. Would highly recommend JP to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. More

Kenny Lawrence Ken was knowledgeable and friendly during our entire interaction which started in May when I first started kicking the tires on a Journey. After my initial test drive and hearing some negative reviews about the Journey, I passed on it. I relayed to Ken that I really wanted a Pick up truck but needed to be 6 passenger. He said he would keep an eye out for one. It took a bit and he sent me a text to let me know he had a few on the lot and sent me the stock numbers to look at them online. I stumbled upon the perfect truck for me. A 6 passenger with low kms and that got the ball rolling. I did pester him for answers and updates on the process and he always got back to me, sometimes even after hours. I'm impressed with his professionalism and courteous demeanour and he definitely made the experience worth every minute. I would gladly deal with him again and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Everyone (Steve especially!) was kind, patient, and understanding, and once I finally found my car, Nicholas (a super hero!) made the financing process clear and visible, and helped sort out any misconceptions I may have had. When I found myself in a tough spot of having to purchase another car rather soon after, the team once again stepped up and helped with resolving the mounds of paperwork I had to deal with. I can't thank Steve or Nicholas enough for their immediate responses to any and all questions, and the way they stepped up to the plate to bat for me. Everyone around me has said that my experience and story has fuelled their decisions for where they'll be picking up their future vehicles! Thanks again. More
