One of the worst customer service that I experienced as far back as I can remember. The sale person came across as professional though, But another guy he called his manager, was absolutely Horrible to de far back as I can remember. He had no personality, kept on lying again and again & absolutely unethical business practices. I am surprised he actually has a job in customer service, that too of a manager. I am definitely going to complaint to head office & for sure will complaint to Amvic. He was so desperate to sell, he even made me sign on a blank piece of paper & took my credit card giving some stupid reason. He has no knowledge whatsoever about cars & most importantly customer service. The mechanical inspection report he showed me had some issues mentioned by the mechanic, but he kept on saying, “don't worry about that. We are honest & transparent thats why we mention even smallest details”. The issues are very minor & not even worth fixing. The issues mentioned were 1. Ac not working 2. Check engine light( for failed catalytic converter) When i asked him if these are small issues, then fix for me. On that he comes back saying. Oh if we fix that, then we will be adding another 2000-3000 to the price. Thats when I could not tolerate his face & walked out. More
Eddie does it again! This guy is amazing to deal with because there is never any bs. He listens very well and is very good at finding solutions. He also works hard for his customers. He has fostered grea because there is never any bs. He listens very well and is very good at finding solutions. He also works hard for his customers. He has fostered great relationships with his management team, which goes a really long way when you like that comfort of having someone on your side when putting the deal together. In fact, the whole team dynamic at this store is very easy to see and it really makes a customer feel welcome because they all seem to have the same goal of ensuring you walk away extremely happy with the experience. Every time I’ve called … starting position is bring the car in so we can take a look … and of course charge you a service fee. The worst experience ever. Complete Fraud. Did the deposit of $1000 towards the purchase but they still end up selling the vehicle to someone else. The manager MANRAJ didn’t bother to take the call an deposit of $1000 towards the purchase but they still end up selling the vehicle to someone else. The manager MANRAJ didn’t bother to take the call and explain and to add further the General Manager MIKE instead of owning to the mistake made the situation worst by not handling appropriately. Beware people. I do have proof of purchase and deposit in case anyone needs to look at. The VP Warren and Latha handled the situation well and did whatever they could at the end but at a different dealership. That is why giving one star extra. More
