Hi Gerson, We are so sorry to hear about your experience regarding this GTI, I know that one of our Sales managers had reached out to you on a few occasions to try and discuss these issues with you and even covered the warranty deductible on the repair of the cold air intake in order to try and provide some assistance. Hi Esther, We understand that it is frustrating to have some minor issues arise after the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. Since your purchase over 7 months ago, you have had some issues with your vehicle. Most recently a flat tire. Which we replaced with a new tire at no cost to you. As tires can hit potholes, get nails, etc, this is not something that falls on the dealership, but since we wanted to keep the relationship with you positive we repaired issues at no cost to you. However, after 7 months, we have decided that we can no longer cover the cost of anything that happens to go wrong on your vehicle. We are sorry that this decision has led to you feeling this way, but we feel we have gone above and beyond for you.
