"Above the call" service from the parts desk! Called for a module for my wonderful, but aging 2008 Infiniti EX35 with 295K on it. The parts guy (John Zajes) was very sympathetic when he had to tell me that the part was no longer available. BUT he also check the OEM part number to see if there were substitutes (not) but said there was gave the me part number and suggested if I'm looking for a used part, that it HAD to be that number. He also went over to the shop and asked the manager to verify if the module was truly "plug-n-play"... yup... doesn't need and re-programming. WOW! That was really nice to do and the extra info will help me in my search. Thanks John... show this to your boss and ask for a raise! /denis More
DO NOT think of heading to this dealership. They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. This dealership is not even BBB accredited which should tell you a lot. Look up Infiniti South BBB and you can read their profile. I have purchased a number of vehicles in my lifetime and have never seen anything like this. My son and his wife put a deposit on a used Audi that had come in. The full inspection had not been done at this point. Tuesday they went back to get the financing started. He was told that the car would be ready by Thursday. As he was leaving the sales guy said that they found 1 small issue, but nothing to worry about. Thursday comes and goes, Friday he calls and apparently its the headlight and that they had to order it in. Keep in mind, he has not been given any papers on the vehicle whatsoever yet as it has not passed inspection. May long weekend and they have no vehicle because they sold their current vehicle after being told when the would get the new vehicle. They asked for a loaner because they have 2 small kids and they both work, they were told no, they could not give them one. Another week goes by and that weekend they had a trip planned and still no vehicle. They had to beg them to give them a loaner because they would lose money on their bookings if they didn't do the trip. The Monday they got back from their trip they went to the dealership and asked to see the vehicle and was told it was not on site. Week 3 goes by and still nothing and on top of that they processed the loan and a loan payment came out which they were not expecting because they have not been given any papers on the vehicle. They had not even discussed payment dates, yet they put the loan through, even though the vehicle had not passed inspection yet and that they had not given my son any bill of sale or keys to the vehicle. So they got their money yet it hadn't even left the lot because it was not through inspection. Week 4 and my son finally told them that if they do not have the vehicle by June 9th that they are filing a complaint with Consumer Protection. Guess what, the vehicle was ready by the 9th. Funny how that happened. They also indicated right at the beginning of all this that this was an out of province inspection. I was getting suspicious so I ran my own car fax and this vehicle never left Alberta. No one had the same answer to anything. My son was being told something different by everyone he spoke to. They would not give an honest answer to anything. They finally got the car and they asked about getting reimbursed for the first loan payment because they didn't even have the vehicle ready to go. The GM flat out said no and did his best to avoid them whenever he went to the dealership. They screwed up by processing the loan before the vehicle was ready to be released so my son made a payment on a vehicle he did not even technically own yet. These guys are shady AF!! They were supposed to remove the winter tires and put on the summer tires before releasing the vehicle and they did not do that. They told him to just bring it back so they took the vehicle back to today and they tried to say that it will cost $95. This was supposed to be done prior to them picking up the vehicle on the 9th and now they wanted to charge him to swap them out. Run as fast as you can from this place. They are very dishonest and will give you nothing but a run around. If you do buy from them, DO NOT sign anything until the vehicle is fully inspected and ready to go otherwise they will cause you nothing but grief. These people cannot be trusted and anything they say or promise, get it in writing. Worst dealership all around!! Take your money and go elsewhere because they are not there for the customers whatsoever. The way they run this dealership is so below par I can see why the BBB has not accredited them. More

I even had the gal initial the paper that she gave me. Well 3 years later, and I called the warranty information line, and was told that I paid 2199.00 plus GST for protection on my rims....Not even close to what the dealership told me. Now I am trying to talk to management, and nobody will take my calls or return my messages. I even used their GoAuto customer care line. Nothing! Avoid this dealership, due to them selling you something, and telling you that it is something entirely different than what it is! More
Would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership. A smile and a hand shake means nothing. Told us we had 30 day warranty. We are out 20k after buying a car from this place . We had a verbal agreement which changed when we got there , bullied into signing off on warranty . Manraj Khabra Lied and bullied , this guy is destroying your reputation as a dealership . My only hope is people read these reviews and run. No option for zero stars or that’s what they would have got . More
