We had been searching for awhile for a used Tucson. The day before a planned trip to Ottawa I found the vehicle we ended up purchasing online. I had his cell number to text him and keep in touch as our road trip to Ottawa developed which was very helpful. He was ready for us when we arrived. I do feel we ended up over paying a little for the vehicle but can't fault Adam or the dealership for that as we didn't push the issue. The sales experience felt a little rushed but again, our fault for not slowing it down and taking a bit more time where we needed it.
