This was my first experience buying a brand new vehicle and I could not have asked for better service. Vince was charming, considerate and charismatic. He took the time to get to know my needs so that he could provide me with superior customer service and help me understand how my car choice would help me with what I currently needed. As I have a busy schedule, he took that extra time to ensure I had all the information I needed and was able to accomodate my hectic schedule and still provide outstanding service. While I dealt primarily with Vince, the rest of the team he introduced me to were courteous, friendly and engaging. They answered every question I had and went a step further by answering questions that had not occurred to me. I would recommend Vince and the dealership in a heartbeat, and I would highly encourage Vince to be used a role model for future sales representatives. More

As a woman, dealing with Hunt Club Hyundai and Marco Floccari (sales) and Tim Boileau (financing) has been the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. In fact, it was fun. They have my total trust. I had gone previously to another Hyundai dealer where I was ignored and then not taken seriously that I was ready to buy. Guess what, other Hyundai dealer in the Bells' Corners area, I was serious! I have purchased two vehicles from Hunt Club and I will always go back to Marco and Hunt Club! P.S. Service at Hunt Club is awesome also. The people are friendly and you are always in and out at the given times! More
I highly recommend Hyundai-on-Hunt Club! I recently purchased a new 2013 Elantra GT hatchback with manual transmission. I think I got the last one on the lot! The salesperson I worked with was Alex Lapointe who was great. I had a lot of questions and needed space and time to do my research and evaluations. Alex gave me all the information I requested and was patient as I was going through my decision-making process. I was grateful to be able to delay taking delivery of my car by one day because of a big snow storm. And I appreciated the discussions with Johnny Younes on the financing and licensing details. I had a very good experience with Alex and everyone else at the dealership. We had straightforward, no nonsense negotiations and I was able to buy the car I wanted (2009 Elantra) at a good price. I was looking for a new Car in Kingston, I emailed Tony and he responded in less than 5 minutes, Nov 21, 2013 I told him I was looking for a Accent 5dr. I needed a certain price and he had to make the deal worth coming from Kingston to Hunt Club Hyundai . After some negotiation and a few phone calls, Tony would always say I will call you back in 10 minutes or less and the response time was always less ( usually 5min.) Great Customer Service!! Finally I did come the Ottawa. (I will admit I talked to Kingston and the base price they first came up with was there final price.) We made an appointment for Saturday at 10am. at Hunt Club On Nov. 23, 2013 We met with Tony face to face for the first time, my Sister and I took the car for a test drive, When we came back we started the final negotiations, Tony was very friendly and professional with me and made the move to come to Ottawa and deal with Hunt Club much easier. All of the staff was helpful and very available when I called or emailed. Part of my deal was oil changes and since I have family in the city this was added to my deal. Tony on the day before pickup There was a snow storm so I dropped of my old car (trade) early and he was very accommodating letting me leave it in your parking lot. On the day of purchase Tony met me and my Sister and walked me trough all the paper work. Tony gave me a Hyundai key chain and a travel cup for my new car. (The colour matched I like the attention to detail). My Sister gave me a gift of the winter floor mats and back cargo mat for the hatch and Tony kept a that surprise even though I was trying to put it in my deal. Tony introduced me to Johnny Younes for the first time on Nov 21, 2013 he was very professional for the financing paperwork to be approved and sold me the rust package and service to go with my car that Tony had suggested. On Nov 27, 2013 I came in to finalized the paperwork. I did meet with Johnny Younes also very professional, and went through all the details of the warrantees and the rust package etc. (He also kept the secert of the floor mats form me. ) Then Tony went with me to my new car and took me over all the features and how everything worked on my new Car including the under the hood, wow what a different looking engine he answered all my question and I had a lot since I have always liked to know how everything works After we went back in and he explained the on the new Cleaner Kit that he gave me explaining all the bottles and the magic scratch colour pen. Finally Tony took me to The Service Department and we booked my first oil change for my new car. showed me the waiting area and then thanked me and my sister for our Business. To the General Manager, I work in the service industry myself, Please let me say I was very impressed on your team, You have exceptional people working for you Tony was Wonderful and Exceptional and a Professional in Sales, Johnny was Amazing in Financing and fast he called me to tell me the paper work was a go just a little after 3pm on Nov 23, 2013 then booked the date for pick up at that time. Your Office and show room was Clean and Everyone I met came in contact with came with a welcoming smile and greeting. Even your customer in the waiting room were nice. When we first met Eric, he was friendly and professional with us. (even though were were late for our appt). Later when we returned to the dealership to pick up our car (Hyundai Elantra GT) and complete the paperwork, Eric had everything prepared properly, ensured that our license plates were installed and the car was clean. He also took the time to explain the important features and functions of the car. Again he was friendly and professional (and attentive) with us. The dealership is clean and bright, easily accessed.
