There was a very large delay [over 2 months] from the time of sale to the time of delivery of my new vehicle but I was kept fairly well informed of any developments and the sales people were genuinely apologetic throughout. When it came time for actually taking ownership of my new vehicle, Frankie moved xxxx and high water to get me in it as soon as possible - actually, sooner!!! I am very pleased with my new Tucson and won't hesitate to come back to this dealership. The after-sales care has been excellent and I have high hopes for when it comes to servicing. More

Even though the vehicle was delayed in delivery, he kept us informed as to the problem, which was beyond his control.
