Warranty? Yes. Hold on. Not anymore. Pay up. I had issues with my wiper motor burning out on my just 2 year old car. VW asked for further information and service manager on call with VW stated that it was not a defective product so VW denied the claim. So guess who had to pay for this bill? If I knew that I would be paying I have ordered the part and had our personal mechanic replace it for half the cost of service at VW. Yes I am bitter and not happy at all with their service, especially since they screwed me over. I have since been going to another VW dealership for items that my mechanic cannot fix. A dealership that is a tad further but much more friendly and sympathetic and worth the drive. More

Ignored my complaint entirely. I would NOT recommend this place. They are also "independent" and VW Canada apparently cannot even help you if they mess up your car. Don't risk it! More

Top Notch Service and Sales Joe Warner is a fantastic sales guy and I would recommend him to anyone I knew looking for a VW. A lady by the name of Michelle called me back and said yes it was avaliable. She then pushed me to tell her what time I would be there and I told her IF I come in it would be after dinner. As soon as the clock reached 6pm she not only called my phone 3 times within seconds of one another but she also texted me to ask me what time I would be in. I have been to dealerships and being harassed but this tops the cake. When I went it I refused to be served by her and proceeded to look at the car. It was a cheaper car 14,000 but when we reviewed the car report in detail there was in an accident that was $7000 damage and was traded into them 2 months after the incident which was very coincidental. And to top it off there was no warranty left and it was only 2012 with less than 80,000km on it. Also the interest rates for used cars is 5.99% which is expensive. My recommenation would be to stay away from this dealership. More

While I typically work-while-I-wait, the team provides regular updates and quick turnaround to get me back on the road. Wifi, coffee and comfortable surroundings allows for productive work environment which is important with busy work day. Although I live closer to other dealers, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. More

Disrespectful Of My Knowledge About Cars Took the car for oil change and they completed it alright. I noticed while driving away that the headlight is out. Drove away and noticed one of the running headlight (same side as the headlight) was out. Made appointment to replace it and found out the casing burnt out and in need of replacement at a cost of $500. Both instances were labelled coincidences! I disagree and continue to fight with them to pay some of the replacement cost. I have not experienced such a poor workmanship or service in my 37 years of driving cars. I love the car and hate their service! More
