Terrible Customer Service I had a terrible experience with this location. I really thought taking my VW into a VW dealership, my car would properly get the attention it needs. I had a terrible experience with this location. I really thought taking my VW into a VW dealership, my car would properly get the attention it needs. I brought my car in to get the engine light turned off, but they then lied to me about what had to be done. They promised me it was one thing, and then once they fixed it, it didn't go off. So I brought it back, and then they claimed to have fixed it again only to THEN tell me it wasn't fixable and they wouldn't touch the exhaust due to the bad job the previous mechanic had done fixing it. How does this make sense? How would they not have seen that the first time they looked it over? It is a complete cop out. They then claimed that I said "I just need it to pass an e test" which is a complete lie.How can you promise me that something is fixable, and willingly take it in to fix, but then turn around and claim that the $600 I just paid actually won't do the trick? A complete waste of money as they didn't do anything. Then, as I drive it home to get it fixed by a DIFFERENT place, the oil runs out! Humberview VW didn't even check the oil, which is a standard for any mechanic to do on ANY car that is brought in. The oil pan was dry!! I had to pull over to avoid the engine from dying. When I then called to complain, they claimed they did nothing wrong. The customer service and disrespect I felt when I called in to complain again, was very very disappointing. I cannot stress enough, do NOT bring your vehicle here. I will be taking this up with head office as they should not have a location in business that serves this level of service. More

May, 9, 2018 purchased my VW Jetta at Humberview VW Jetta from Joe Warner who did everything possible to make this deal happen. delivery was on time as promised. purchased my VW Jetta at Humberview VW Jetta from Joe Warner who did everything possible to make this deal happen. delivery was on time as promised.. had a follow up phone call from Joe several days later to see how I was enjoying the car. A week later the Service Department contacted me to see if I had any questions about the vehiecles performance. I would defenitely recommend Joe and humberview VW to family and friends. More
