Service has been great from the extra effort by John to get us a chance to test drive a 4 cylinder model with the new stop/start, that was not in stock and the rest of the ordering and purchase experience. For the last 3 service visits, I have dealt with Craig Mercer , he has been very good at recommending which other services to have done and which ones to save for the next visit so I don't have to wait too long and generally provides top quality customer service. The Acadia has been great, excellent highway SUV for ride, comfort, utility, size, available AWD and great mileage. The 8 speed transmission could use more refinement, tends to be hesitant at low speeds requiring one to tramp on it to get up to speed. More
