I bought 2019 Chevrolet Suburban in March, 2022. All the certifications and inspections were done by the Dealership. After driving the car for approximately 5,000 km, I had a problem with the transm All the certifications and inspections were done by the Dealership. After driving the car for approximately 5,000 km, I had a problem with the transmission. I contacted Luke at the dealership but he did not want to help me with the issue. I spent approximately around $36,000.00 on this vehicle and after a short period of time driving, I am having issues with the transmission and they are not willing to help me. I am very disappointed and upset with very poor Customer service and unprofessional customer relationship that I received from Humberview Chevrolet and their representatives. I do not recommend that you buy any vehicle from them as they will sell you the vehicle to you but will not take any steps to help you after the vehicle leaves the dealership. Very very poor customer service and unprofessional representatives. I will look to see if there are any legal avenues or governing bodies to report them about their conduct. I may also fill a complaint with Better Business Bureau. More
