Humberview Used Car "off lease" was actually a Rent-a-Car !! Humberview claims late model used cars as "corporate off lease" and charges a premium used car price. Turns out the car I bought was a daily rental car that was leased by the rental car company. Dealers have an obligation to disclose all facts about a car. Hiding that a used car was actually a daily rental car obviously affects the value. A rental car is driven and abused by hundreds of people which is a lot worse then the "corporate off lease" claim that leaves out the car was actually a rental car. On a lark we got the Vehicle History Package from the local MOT office and that's how we found out that Humberview lied! It turns out the OMVIC penalty for lying would have been $5,000 ! When complained we found Humberview had ink stamped their copy of the contract "Daily Rental" after the deal was completed but not our copy, meaning it was after the fact !! If you sign a used car deal at Humberview, take a picture of the contract BEFORE it "gets approved" because staff may ink stamp your copy after you sign it - and you're still bound by the deal unless you can prove they stamped it AFTER you signed it !! I'll never buy or get a car serviced there again - ever !! More

Humberview offered an excellent deal on a trade-in. Three days later the new vehicle was ready to be picked up. The whole transaction was handled efficiently and professionally. I bought a 2008 avalanch in 2008 and I bought it after I bought it I found out I was in a bad bad bad crash so I told humberview what I know there face just droped when I told them and they sayed lies after bought it I found out I was in a bad bad bad crash so I told humberview what I know there face just droped when I told them and they sayed lies after lies I told them that I don't want to deal with them agan ever agan and now I'm stuck with a truck that I can't sell can't drive because dtc (motor lights are on) can't do nothing the dtc are comeing up because of the crash it was in before I bought it so would I by from humberview agan no way in xxxx and just so you know all the pant they fixed befor I bought it without me knowing is pealing so bad that the pasinger fender neads to be replaced so I say if you don't want to be in trouble after you buy a car do not do not buy from humberview ever More
