I was charged 350 for a service and told they were not going to rotate my tires because I had winters on? I don't believe my hinges were lubricated. This is a new car bought last year. If your charging full price then do a full service or discount the price. I'm paying mostly for labour that never happend. I was talked to as if I don't know anything about my car. I was told they would change my oil, it's electric there is no oil. This was my first time at this dealership when I went in and went to the desk, she just pointed at the service department. I did not realize I had to drive my car into the service garage. I stood around until finally I asked someone else. I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Watch out for the bait and switch deal. I’m old school when it comes to making a verbal agreement. When you agree to the payment amount and the term of the contract and shake hands, that sh I’m old school when it comes to making a verbal agreement. When you agree to the payment amount and the term of the contract and shake hands, that should be a done deal. Watch out for them telling you that you’re a great negotiator and then add a $2000 deposit to the contract. I have given this dealership numerous chances to make the deal right but they have a habit of not returning calls when they aren’t trying to squeeze more money from you. After 4 Hyundia’s purchased, there will never be a fifth. I have never written a negative review until this dealership has left me with zero options to even discuss how the deal was changed. RUN, don’t walk away from these bandits. More
