Overall, we are happy with the vehicle we purchase from Hyundai. However when we picked up our new vehicle we felt “rushed” and when we went to pick up our new vehicle rather than the paper work all being Hyundai. However when we picked up our new vehicle we felt “rushed” and when we went to pick up our new vehicle rather than the paper work all being completed with the finance manager the sales person basically had us sign the papers. This process seemed a bit disorganized and we were not happy with that. Also we had the emblems changed on our GMC to black. We were happy with this except the sales person did not let us know that there were other emblems that would have looked nice blacked out as well so a follow up call would have been appreciated as oppose to when we got there a “by the way that’s missed blacking our the other emblems”. I would say the whole process was overall good but not pleased with how the pick up process of the vehicle went.I think this could have used some improvement. I would recommend this dealership but I hope they can find improvements on the pick up process of the vehicle. Also now we have to go back to the GMC dealer to obtain the other emblems that we originally wanted to be blacked out when this would have been nice to have all completed for pick up or advised previously with a follow up call as stated above. We came from 2.5 hrs away to purchase our vehical. With that, we had a lot of questions ahead of our appointment time which Malik answered. He went above and beyond during COVID to give us a video conferen that, we had a lot of questions ahead of our appointment time which Malik answered. He went above and beyond during COVID to give us a video conference walk through of the vehicle, prior to making the trip. He was available any time we needed through text. Guelph Hyundai worked on our vehicle to get all paperwork ready along with CPO and detailing before our arrival so that we could do a trade off of vehicles the same day. We were thankful they accommodated us with this request to only make 1 trip. Stacey was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with and explained everything to us over the phone in terms we could understand. The only thing we wish we had of known about prior to seeing the papers was the Finance Contract Fee as we had not budgeted for this. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service of Guelph Hyundai and their employees to make this large purchase as easy as possible. Thanks! More
