Not What I Expected I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Although my appointment was scheduled for 8:45 I was informed the first shuttle l I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Although my appointment was scheduled for 8:45 I was informed the first shuttle left at 8. When I arrived it had already left. I said I would wait for the next one not a problem. No one showed me where the waiting room was, offered me a coffee, etc. At 845 the shuttle was still not there and I had to go and inquire when it would be back as I had informed when I booked my appointment I had somewhere to be at 9 and was assured the shuttle would get me there. Someone from the service area came out and drove me, however was still late. I had also booked the shuttle for a 4:30 pick up time. I was called at 3:30 to see if I was ready then, as 4:30 is their busy time and couldn't guarantee they would be on time- Again I had asked this when booking the appointment or else I would have made other arrangements. I had a friend drive me to the dealership and I arrived at the same time as the shuttle service... who had 1 person with them... must be the busy time... I was not impressed at all with this service and it was not what I was expecting from the dealership where I lease my car from. I highly doubt I will return to the dealership for my next oil change and maintenance. More

I was surprised to find out the location of the filter required as much in labor costs as the fil Basically, the cabin air filter needed replacement. I was surprised to find out the location of the filter required as much in labor costs as the filter itself - you would think that a filter which needs to be replaced yearly, would be a bit more accessible. This really has nothing to do with the actual service department, but affected my rating on price. More

36K service a shame my "free" oil change resulted in $70 charge but appreciate that they look out for my car and informed me on air filter change required. WOW what an experience I went in to visit the dealership to "look" at a used vehicle. I was happily greeted by Scott Shafer. He showed me around looked at a few vehicles and showed me the new 2014 Elantra Coupe. He explained the price difference between the new and used and financing. I was completely SOLD. Bought the 2014 Elantra Coupe and am more than completely satisfied. Scott is a great guy, excellent sales man with an incredible sense of humour. Thanks Scott and Guelph Hyundai for making my second largest purchase an easy, worry free and enjoyable one. More
