Some suggestions for work that needs to be done in the future but not pressured. Probably could buy an air filter elsewhere for cheaper but not worth my time right now. Very nice to deal with and relaxing lounge to wait in. More

I have received the best service from a dealer each and every time time I visit, whether it be for routine maintenance or purchase of a new vehicle. regular service maintenance I was surprised that when I brought my 2013 Elantra in for its regular service , although an oil change was done, the normal multi point inspection ch I was surprised that when I brought my 2013 Elantra in for its regular service , although an oil change was done, the normal multi point inspection checklist was not done. (checking the lights, battery, tires etc.) Is this a change of policy? I have dealt with this dealership for nine years and this is the first time this inspection has not been done. More
Could have done better :( Very lukewarm reception . Brought up the wear on the driver's seat. NO help here! I was brushed off. Told that it was just wear and tear. If it looks this bad in a year, then what is going to look like in 2 years, 5 years etc. Some suggestions or recommendations as to how to care for the leather would have been helpful at the very least. No complimentary car wash like Honda or Toyota. For what I paid to have my brakes "looked at", at least wash my car. May have to consider going elsewhere to continue servicing my car. Too bad because the sales person I dealt with was great! More

Very pleased I was very pleased with my clean car after it was detailed. It looked new after a summer of camping and sandy beach trips with happy children. Inexcusable customer services Unfortunately, once papers were signed it seemed i was no longer a priority. It took Guelph Hyundai almost a week to tell me where my soon-to-be vehic Unfortunately, once papers were signed it seemed i was no longer a priority. It took Guelph Hyundai almost a week to tell me where my soon-to-be vehicle was in Ontario. When i reached out to another dealership to locate the same car, it took them 15 minutes. There was no explanation as to why Guelph Hyundai took so long, so my only conclusion is that i was no longer a priority because it was the end of the month, the sales rep/dealership filled its quota (or was trying to) and a new month had started. There was a significant lack of communication/updates - i had to to follow up for an update and ask many questions in order to get a small bit of information. This dealership also did not provide me with the full Purchase Agreement (a total of 3 pages with fine print). I received the 1st page, the only page i thought there was, signed it. It was taken away and then stapled to the rest of the contract after my name was signed. Very deceptive and unethical, in my opinion. After all this, i cancelled my contract and received my deposit back pretty painlessly (albeit condescending tones / passive aggressive comments were prevalent). More

I called my Sales Rep Allan Giles and he said no problem, I'll pick up your car on my way to work and get the service done. He did just that. During the service, a Service Rep (sorry forgot his name) contacted me to explain what was happening. I had a strut leaking so that would be covered under warranty. When the part came in, I still am unable to drive so once again Allan picked up my car & took it in for that repair. This is my second Hyundai Vehicle, both times Allan Giles was my Sales Rep. Allan is a very professional & personable at the same time. A pleasure to do business with. Allan goes above and beyond for his customers. A wonderful person. The Service Dept is also a pleasure to deal with, always prompt, polite, explains things in terms you can understand, makes appointments at your convenience. Hyundai Guelph has a wonderful TEAM put together. Everyone works well together. Bless them. More
