Tucson I gave customer service 4 stars because I called in advance to book an appointment and when I got there there was no appointment scheduled for me, how I gave customer service 4 stars because I called in advance to book an appointment and when I got there there was no appointment scheduled for me, however, the service rep didn't blink an eye and took the vehicle in as it was for a recall. I was in and out in about a half an hour and everyone was very pleasant. What I'm really confused about is the fact that my husband and I bought TWO vehicles at the same time from this dealership but there was no information in their systems for us other then my husbands name. This was indicated when I called to book the appointment and then again when I came in for that said appointment. Not sure why that would be. All in all, the experience we have had has been good! More

A Racoon Made a Bad Decision A racoon made a bad decision when he ran out in front of our Elantra one night while we were driving down the highway. It cost him his life and caused $2600 damage to the underside of the car. The dealership worked in conjunction with our insurance company and did the repairs in a timely friendly way. In the process they discovered another unrelated issue that was repaired under the warrantee. More

It all started when we walked in to the showroom on a busy Saturday afternoon, and we were greeted by Marty first thing to let us know someone would be with us shortly. Silver package deatailing My vehicle was very dirty, I will admit this. At first the vehicle looked as good as new. It smelled great! On closer inspection (not that close!!) My vehicle was very dirty, I will admit this. At first the vehicle looked as good as new. It smelled great! On closer inspection (not that close!!) I found patches of oily stuff (interior cleaner?) inside my cup holders, etc.When I folded my seats down to put a large item in the back, the back of the seats had only been wiped as far as where they go into the base...they had not been put down and wiped all the way. Also, I found dirt and shavings (I occasionally carry bags of shavings as I live on a farm-one had ripped) behind the back seats and down the sides...a vacuum could have easily dealt with this. I was disappointed to see it. Finally, having lifted the panel off at the back of the vehicle, there was water inside and it had not been cleaned. We had to take time to soak all the water up before it rusted the items in there. Although the front of the vehicle looked "good as new" I feel it was a little rushed with not as much attention to the small things as I would expect for the money I paid. I have never had a vehicle "detailed" before, so I really don't have anything to compare the work with. I will probably have it done again by the dealership, but I will make sure the above items are dealt with before leaving. More

She sure did know what she was talking about and was very patient with all the questions I have. She did go above and beyond what she asked to, Definitely one of the best customer service I have ever had. More
