Good people I turned down the free shuttle and am glad i did. I actually enjoyed my 2 hour wait time here. Best dealership service center that I have ever delt with Brought my Sonata Hybrid in for yet another oil change & to get the winter shoes put on. Okay service. Still having growing pains, I think If you're just looking to maintain your car, the dealership delivers. I've never had an issue with my car between tune-ups, do if that's all you care If you're just looking to maintain your car, the dealership delivers. I've never had an issue with my car between tune-ups, do if that's all you care about then I'd recommend. No major issues, here... HOWEVER the past two visits (since the dealership has grown), I've been disappointed with the customer service and communication. The first visit I attended, I was charged for items I never asked for -nor did they communicate to me why I was receiving this item (I was billed for $15.00 for a promotional item I didn't want or ask for, that was placed in my car - didn't notice it until I got home). This most recent tune up, the staff seemed less-than eager to help me, and the routine service was painfully slow (about a 2.5 hour wait, for an hour service.) It took about 2 hours into the appointment for a staff member to apologize, and while he was very kind and apologetic, I was in definitely tired of waiting! I understand things can get busy, but in the future more communication would be helpful. My family and I have only one car, and we have to plan around it - knowing earlier that service was running behind would have been helpful... In the past (prior to the dealership move), I've been thrilled with the service at Hyundai. For now, I'll chock it up to more growing pains or a bad day - Hopefully the third time will be the charm... More
