If the machine was no working properly how can I trust the alignment, not to mention this is not good service. More

There is a lack of communication between the departments! Had three issues & at the end of the day, only two were finally resolved. Won't go into details as it is too drawn out. It would really be nice to know that when a person makes an appointment they don't have to rearrange their schedule three or four times to get things done. Makes me question if it's a good idea to go there for maintenance. More

Had been with Toyota for 17yrs but the product., price and the professionalism of Scott Shafer won me and my wife over and we purchased our Elantra GL_GLS on Nov. 6 2015. Very satisfied with our first drive and Scott made the whole purchase process stress free and understandable. Highly recommend him and the "support" staff. More

Donny told me then that all I( needed was a oil; change and no mention of what else I would be missing, if anything, from the typical 132000 km service. Then at the end of the service he mentioned two things that will be necessary for proper maintenance of the car. But nothing was put in writing or attached to the bill as has happened in the past. Was this just an oversight or do I take the car to another dealer to determine the necessary repairs? More
