Didn’t follow through on negotiation promises after signed agreements and put unwanted warranty fees on the final bill after they were denied and insured they wouldn’t be there. There is a lack of organization and disconnect between the managers, sales department and financial management resulting in errors causing frustration and confusion to the customer. More
