Jennifer Ortiz, my sales rep was very thorough explaining the auto rewards program and took lots of time to sit in the vehicle with me and explain how everything worked. Sean was patient, courteous and extremely helpful in my search. I was appreciating that I didn't feel like I was having my time wasted at all, no wool over the eyes act like some dealers try. In the end I actually was convinced to try something that was suggested by the manager Danny Demelo. Which actually turned out to be the right vehicle for me. I was very pleased that they listened and obviously provided me with something I am loving now! However great the experience was, I do feel that my vehicle could have used a bit better of a cleaning. And maybe some small fix up. This was not enough to ever deterr me from coming back. Overall they were wonderful. And I am happy! More
