We had initially negotiated a deal for a fully loaded 2020 Telluride in March expecting to wait a few weeks given the demand. The pandemic had a big impact on delivery time and ultimately we received th 2020 Telluride in March expecting to wait a few weeks given the demand. The pandemic had a big impact on delivery time and ultimately we received the same vehicle but a 2021 model in October for the same price. overall the dealership is top notch the sales persons specially shay are knowledgable about their product, so does the finance managers they will try to help you as much as they can. I am DISAPPOINTED about a particular staff who didn’t seem to care on helping us in registering our vehicle in the beginning of the sale .we should have brought home the vehicle when we have signed the papaers . BUT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO because of the vin# ...we have been PATIENT with everything even with the exchange of courtesy car after finding out that we are not able to bring it home. weekend passed by and we were able to bring home the purchased vehicle.... only to find out when we are doing the UVO intelligence and found out that we are NOTthe registered owner of these vehicle that we purchased , signed the papers and brought home.... how would you feel if you are in our situation?????? More
