Ijust moved to Georgetown in May from London Ontario. I needed a new car and thought I wanted a Sorrento Suv. Until I went into Georgetown Kia and came out with the car of my dreams! I purchased a Kia Optima and could not be more happy! What luxury but sporty! People tell me nice car everyday. It is pearl white with dark tinted windows.With just moving to Gtown I found this dealership fantastic. People drive out from your big city dealer ships and visit this one you won't be sorry. Brian Penner was my sales rep very passionate funny and worked to get me the deal I wanted. Shawn the sales manager was a real guy you could relate to and talk with not the bad guy in the other office. Mohsin went to every length to get the best financing available for me. Routine oil change etc. I noticed apparent oil leaking Routine oil change etc. I noticed apparent oil leaking on garage floor. Returned vehicle next day and service looked at it right away. No mechanical problem, but some oil had dripped on to a support bracket under the engine when oil was being drained or added. Mechanic cleaned it up . no further problem. Jay is very focused and made me feel as though I was first priorty while we were looking at the vehicle we chose never once did he seem anxious and was always courteous to both me and my husband. He allowed as much time as was needed to make our decision without any pressure being put onto us to buy. The only drawback was that the vehicle was to be delivered to Hamilton by midweek and it wasn't. I waited until the end of the week to finally end up calling to see if there was any problem as I had not heard anything. As it turned out Jay was off a couple days at the time and I felt that the people that had answered my calls on his behalf didn't have the time to talk to me and tell me what was going on....when I got off the phone with them I still did not know what was going on or what was holding up the delivery of the truck. Once able to talk to Jay, I knew exactly what was happening and got my truck delivered as promised...I appreciate complete honesty and I feel Jay is an honest and trustworthy individual and yes I would definately tell people about Kia and send them there for their new car :) More

I have been waiting for this day since I was 16 months old(litterally). Oh wow, my first car, bought from nowhere else but Georgetown Kia. I love my new Forte and the many features it has. Ken was very understanding that I needed to keep my payments as low as possible. I was not pressured to buy a car, even though some cars I was looking at were being sold on the spot!
