He allowed as much time as was needed to make our decision without any pressure being put onto us to buy. The only drawback was that the vehicle was to be delivered to Hamilton by midweek and it wasn't. I waited until the end of the week to finally end up calling to see if there was any problem as I had not heard anything. As it turned out Jay was off a couple days at the time and I felt that the people that had answered my calls on his behalf didn't have the time to talk to me and tell me what was going on....when I got off the phone with them I still did not know what was going on or what was holding up the delivery of the truck. Once able to talk to Jay, I knew exactly what was happening and got my truck delivered as promised...I appreciate complete honesty and I feel Jay is an honest and trustworthy individual and yes I would definately tell people about Kia and send them there for their new car :) More

I have been waiting for this day since I was 16 months old(litterally). Oh wow, my first car, bought from nowhere else but Georgetown Kia. I love my new Forte and the many features it has. They not only know me by name, but are able to exceed my expectations each and every visit. This makes it worth my while to drive in each time. I did not get a call to come in for the part to be replaced in my car in the time I was promised. I was told 4-5 working days and called in at 8 working days to be told it had not arrived. I called at 10 working days to be told I was missed as I was under both my name and my husbands name. I am still unclear why this created a delay, and why I was listed that way, but glad the work is now completed. More

My wife and I were just looking around for a possible used car and we saw the '09 Altima on the lot. The car was in mint condition. Chris came out with the keys and pulled the car out so we could look at used car and we saw the '09 Altima on the lot. The car was in mint condition. Chris came out with the keys and pulled the car out so we could look at it more closely. Asked if we interested, we said maybe, he gave us the keys and told to drive it around for a while. When we brought it back to the lot. He gave a complete history on the car, how well it had been maintained by the previous owner. We struck a deal and the car was ours. Talk about impulse buying. Chris was excellent, very helpful and quite knowledgeable. The car was prepped and ready for pick up a few days later. He had everything ready, there was no waiting, he explained all that we needed to know. All in all a very good experience. I would recommend Georgetown Kia anytime. More
