It was the Saturday of the Thanksgiving long weekend and Cameron was helping out at the Georgetown Kia Superstore up the street. My wife and I made the trip out to Georgetown to kick the tires on a Mustang Cameron was helping out at the Georgetown Kia Superstore up the street. My wife and I made the trip out to Georgetown to kick the tires on a Mustang GT convertible that they had for sale. Cameron was everything you'd like in a salesperson. Friendly, patient, accommodating and understanding. Cameron was never in a rush and went over the car with us and also gave us a suggested route for a test drive as we are not familiar with the area. The route he chose for us sent us out in the countryside for a pleasant drive on a warm sunny day. Upon our return, Cameron then invited us in for some refreshments before we headed out for our trip home. We discussed the car and our experience and what we were looking for in a vehicle and we ended up purchasing the car that day and picked it up the following weekend. Cameron, as well as other team members that we had the pleasure to meet at the dealership were excellent. When we came back to pick up the car, it was spotless, the gas tank full, and it had a fresh oil change with a promise of the next oil change on the house as well. When I'm next in the market to purchase another vehicle, I will look to Cameron and Georgetown Kia first. They may be out of my area, but they are definitely not out of my plans. My boyfriend and I are first-time purchasers of a car through a dealership and so we really had no idea what to expect. In addition to dealing with the salesman, Len, we were told we would be speaking wi through a dealership and so we really had no idea what to expect. In addition to dealing with the salesman, Len, we were told we would be speaking with a financial services advisor. We didn't really have a clue what that meant, but were told he would be going over some paperwork with us. The second we were introduced to Mohsin we knew we were in good hands. He was upbeat and enthusiastic, and really looking forward to talking to us. It really helped how personal he made the situation, treating us like we were long-time friends rather than complete strangers. (I remember when we walked out of the dealership, turning to my boyfriend, as we both smiled and said "wow, that guy is awesome!") Mohsin took the time to really get to know us by asking a lot of questions and really listening to what we were saying. He was very accommodating and offered us water and popcorn once we got comfortable...How cool is that! When we started to really talk, the conversation drifted from topic to topic and you could tell that Mohsin was enjoying himself. He wasn't trying to rush us out the door or get rid of us as fast as he could, as you sometimes see with salesman. It was obvious that Mohsin really cared that we understood every bit of what he was explaining. The paperwork itself was pretty complicate, but Mohsin was able to break it down for us, and tell us exactly what it meant. He told us exactly what we were paying, and explained what it was going towards. He also explored different options with us, offering us some helpful "add-ons" which we wouldn't have otherwise known about. He didn't want us to be in the dark, so he took that extra time to made sure we were satisfied with what we had. By the end of the process there is no doubt that Mohsin felt more like a friend than a financial advisor. He was there whenever we needed to talk, whether it was phone, email, or stopping by, and was always more than happy to see us and eager to hear more about the car and how we were doing. One thing that really helped us through the process was knowing that these guys really were on our side and that they strive to get us the best deal possible. Sometimes when you deal with employees of a company, it's hard to find something good to write about them or the company. But in this case, it was easy. We were super excited to be able to write a review and tell everyone how great of an experience it was for us and how easy they made it. There is no doubt in our minds that the folks at Georgetown Kia really are the best in the business, especially when it comes to customer service. They are definitely one of the most supportive group of employees we have ever encountered. Keep doing what you're doing! Sincerely, two VERY satisfied customers :) More
