LOVE the car (only had it less than 12 hours) but also loved the experience in dealing with Georgetown Kia. We were looking to replace our old car and had visited a number of dealers as we explored what would be the best option for us. As we left each dealership we had commented on the staff that we had encountered and had made various comments about whether we wanted to do business with certain individuals. After our initial meeting with Shondell and then introduced later to Sean and Len, we both very quickly stated that "this" is where we could do business. From the initial meeting to the close of the deal, Shondell, Sean and Len kept us informed and answered all our questions whenever we needed a question answered. We were made to feel very comfortable as we talked through the deal. I had never dealt with Georgetown Kia before but I would 100% re-visit when we need to make next purchase and would highly recommend anyone to pay a visit if you are contemplating the purchase of a new or used vehicle. My Renewed faith in Georgetown Kia! Never in a MILLION years did I think I would ever be singing the praises of Georgetown Kia… but I guess that’s why you never say never! I decided to “ Never in a MILLION years did I think I would ever be singing the praises of Georgetown Kia… but I guess that’s why you never say never! I decided to “look into” a trade in offer I had received for my 2010 Kia Soul. I was VERY reluctant due to the INSANE amount of drama that I experienced last time with this dealership. This time I started gathering information by email with my salesman Brian (Penner), he was very nice, professional and answered my questions. With all my events going on at the time I started the process I had to hold off on even coming in to look at cars for almost 3 weeks… but Brian was patient! When I finally had a free day to come in, it was Brian’s day off but he still came in! I told him about what a horrible experience I had previously so that he would understand my hesitation to purchase again from that dealership. He was shocked when I gave him examples of how I was previously treated. He immediately apologized (though he had nothing to apologize for) and he then let the manager know who also came over personally apologised and let me know that they are now under new management (you can tell by the atmosphere and how kind EVERYONE there is!) I felt comfortable and excited this time around. They all worked with me to get me into the car I wanted at a price I could afford and not once did I ever feel pressured to purchase which was probably the best part. I can’t believe the difference in my experiences with Georgetown Kia, it’s like I went to two completely different dealerships the most recent obviously being the best experience I could possibly imagine! I’m thrilled to be picking up my 2014 Kia Soul with an interest rate less than HALF of what my previous one was not to mention to be getting into a brand new car! Thank you Georgetown Kia I will recommend you guys to everyone I know! More

Just passing by and hooked by Shondell Brooks My wife was shopping in Georgetown so I went to look for a used Kia Sortage.Once in side the dealership I ran into Shondell.He took my name and numbe My wife was shopping in Georgetown so I went to look for a used Kia Sortage.Once in side the dealership I ran into Shondell.He took my name and number because it was very busy at that time.The next thing I know is that Shodell called me and asked for my wifes name and to come to the dealership the next day. When we arrived there was a used Sportage with a reserved sign on it that said BOB and CATHY.It was newer then what I was looking for but we took it for a spin anyway.It was the wrong colour but just like magic Shondell came up with a grey 2012 sportage.The rest is history and I am loving my SUV.Shondell "YOUR THE MAN" my wife and I were very happy with all the hard work you did.Thank you Shondelland we hope you have much succes in your career at Kia Georgetown. DISAPPOINTED - NO accountability read on Purchased Nov. 1 and here is what transpired close to Christmas: - had additional passengers in the back seat came to realize one of the rear seatbel Purchased Nov. 1 and here is what transpired close to Christmas: - had additional passengers in the back seat came to realize one of the rear seatbelts is broken; this was the first time using the back seat; - First day below 0 degrees vehicle won't start - told weak battery did not replace right away but continue to have trouble starting on real cold days - started to hear a humming sound front right. - Jan. 1st trip out of town taking daughter to school came to realize the GPS / phone charger does not work - hoping it is just a fuse. We don't live near Georgetown Kia so we took the vehicle to our trusted mechanic in January following Christmas and two weeks vacation in the Caribbean and.... - battery replaced - vehicle starts no problem - tire bearing replaced - humming gone - charger - NOT a fuse but a HUGE electrical issue need to take the dash off etc... did not have this fixed yet COSTLY - seatbelt - not fixed yet (HOPING Georgetown KIA WOULD ADDRESS THIS - THE VEHICLCE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CERTIFIED AND A SAFETY COMPLETED. I emailed Georgetown Kia in late January - I took some responsibility in the email for bringing up these concerns after the fact but did indicate that they had started to take place approx. 7 weeks after purchase; I certainly was not rude in my email and had expected at the least a response / follow up to my email even if it was we are no longer responsible. TO DATE ADRIAN HAS NEVER RESPONDED nor had he ever followed up after the purchase which is something that we had always experienced in the past from other dealerships. He was quick to make the sale a real family man in a hurry to get home to his young family and new baby so we did feel a bit rushed but again we should have controlled that - just a good salesman pitch. VERY DISAPPOINTING follow up is key in my books. Do not purchase a vehicle from out of town too difficult to address ongoing issues that arise - if you happen to purchase one as we did and have issues it, to difficult to go out of town to address the issues - BUT DON'T KNOW IF THEY WOULD HAVE ADDRESSED AS THEY NEVER RESPONDED BACK TO US. The long and short - don't purchase at Georgetown KIA; and yes we have a good experiences elsewhere in the past just wanted this specific vehicle wished we could have found it elsewhere. More

Adrian was so helpful and patient with me when selecting my car;When I had conflicting scheduling problems with my boyfriend, he actually came to my home with the car that I was interested in just to show him what I had seen before but just wanted to get his opinion on it. Never have I heard of any dealership doing this for a customer who was just looking at a vehicle. The same day we bought the car and went straight into financing and got all the numbers worked out. Adrian and Mike were so helpful and was so considerate with the budget that we gave them, they did everything that they could to make sure we got the car of our dreams. We got such a great deal that it was unbelievable! Aaron and Michelle worked so hard to get us financed and explained all of the warranty details and options and gave us their opinions on what was best for us to get. On the day of delivery they had our car outside and ready to go. Artiom and Cameron again walked us through the Bill of Sale and bank contracts and answered any questions that we had about it. They made sure that we were satisfied with car before we drove it off the lot and made sure that if we had any question about it that we could call them anytime and they would be there for us. I cannot express how impressed I am with this dealership! They honestly treat you like family, they go out of their way to make sure that you are happy from the beginning to the end. I will sure be telling all of my friends and family who are looking for a car to go to Georgetown Kia! More
