We had only started shopping around for a replacem My wife and I just bought a Soul from Georgetown Kia. What a great car and what an incredible deal. We had only started shopping around for a replacement car for my wife and Georgetown Kia was only the first dealership on our list, but the Soul fit our needs perfectly and Gerald made the whole process so simple and enjoyable that we decided to buy… and what a deal! We were also treated like royalty. I think everybody in the dealership dropped by during our visit to see how we were doing, offering tea and coffee and any help we needed. I was particularly impressed by the sales team. I’ve bought several cars in the past and there has always been tension between the sales staff, a sort of turf protection kind of feel. Not so with these guys as Chris and Sean dropped by and Gerald’s colleague Len provided help when Gerald was off getting the demo ready for a ride or later in the deal prepping paperwork. These guys are all on the same page. Even the Business Manager, the guy you usually don’t meet until the end of the deal, came out to say hi and walk us through some of the particulars before we signed. Talk about transparency. This was our first time at this dealership and we had an awesome experience. Sultan was informative and very honest with us. He also took us on a really cool test drive. Back at the dealership, we met Lou who is a stellar guy and with no pressure negotiations and settling on a great deal, we met up with Betty later on that week. Betty is definitely the one that knows her stuff. She had all the paperwork and legalities done in a timely fashion so we could get on our way and enjoy our new ride. Beyond professional I just recently purchased a vehicle with the assistance of the very energetic, enthusiastic and professional mohsin. I was referred to him from my sister ,who also had help from mohsin with her vehicle a week prior to my visit. My experience at this dealership was great and was even more then to my expectations . I was impressed when he recommended other vehicles to my liking and that I spent a good hour test driving 7 different vehicles before I came to the decision on purchasing the 3rd vehicle that I drove with mohsin. He was very calm and patient and wanted to be certain that I was happy with the vehicle I was choosing. I will return to this dealership in the future. Service was excellent!! More
