She was patient and honest, understood my budget needs and personal preferences, and worked around them, ultimately getting me into a great vehicle that I am very happy with. I came from Niagara and she was generous enough to get everything sorted out in one trip, and then brought the car right to me just 2 days later. Exceptional service from her and the dealership, and they didn't waste time trying to sell me cars I couldn't afford or didn't like. If your looking at a new car I highly recommend these folks. More

Worst Experience Ever This is my first time buying a car on my own and I'm currently having the WORST experience ever. I was hearing issues with my brakes within the first This is my first time buying a car on my own and I'm currently having the WORST experience ever. I was hearing issues with my brakes within the first week and a half of buying my car (2007 nissan altim SE) so i sent an email to my sales rep (Mohsin H.) one week later still no response. Long story short it took me almost one month just to book an appointment to get my car checked out. All they end up telling me is because they used "after market parts" for brakes it will continue to make the sound it makes until I go out myself and buy superior parts for the car. Now only 1 month later, I started noticing my car was starting a little strange for a few days but brushed it off. One day leaving work, my car doesn't start. got it boosted, drove home fine (Mississauga to Hamilton). Less than 12 hours later, car doesn't start again. I called that day (Tuesday) requesting to book an appointment ASAP as i commute from Hamilton to Mississauga every day. Its now Friday, never received an appointment and now my car is sitting here completely dead in my work parking. I am absolutely fed up with this dealership and wouldn't expect to have to go through this after going through it with my old vehicle. I definitely would not recommended anyone going to this dealership. I have only been driving the car for 3 months!!! This is absolutely insane, and embarrrasssing. Now im forced to drive to Georgetown anytime I'm having issues, which is becoming way too frequent, after being told i was able to bring it to any CarNation affiliated dealership. FED UP IS NOT THE WORD! More

I need another vehicle that had lots of cargo room. After weeks of research and looking and thinking I'd have to downgrade to a used car from my current model, they were able to show me options on NEW cars that I didn't think would be in my grasp. Not only that, but I had to stick to a strict budget and AND IT WORKED!!! Beyond these three going to bat for me, the rest of the employees I encountered were pleasant and always making sure I was taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you are looking at at KIA or any of the cars they have in their Car Nation previously owned section! This being the first vehicle either of us had purchased, my boyfriend and I were looking out for being taken advantage and had our guards up. The employees at Kia Georgetown couldn't have made the whole experience easier or more comfortable. Artiom was our sales associate and during our test drive, put real effort into connecting with us and seeing how we were enjoying the experience. He was knowledgeable and made us feel like we were talking to a person who really just wanted us to get what we were after. Aaron Best was super friendly and personable, a real joy to do business with. He was extremely accommodating and made sure that we understood everything we were talking about. Great service, with me being 4 hours away we negotiated a deal and made things role, even though I work night shift, Kevin was still around working at 2-3am in the morning and answering my questions etc. and grabbing me an awesome interest rate for my credit. Chris worked with me and was honest on pricing, and added a few discounts to make things work on my pricing ( not there asking price, ) . Brian was amazing, communication was professional, details not missed and everything covered , even offered to deliver car to me( 4 hours away ). I'm sure I missed some people, but all things where positive and handled professionally. If your in the market for a car, make a deal with these guys you will not be disappointed. M.S. More

Worth the drive to Georgetown!! I honestly cant say enough positive things about this dealership. By far, my best experience I live over 30 km from their location and they still sent a shuttle for me to look at some vehicles They got me in a beautiful Mazda CX7 in 4 days. Upon pick-up of my SUV I was informed they got my interest rate lowered even more, saving me a nice chunk of change (Which is always great). Oh, and they picked me up from work to get it Mohsin and Nick went out of their way to make purchasing a vehicle as comfortable as possible for me and I would recommend them to anyone!!
