Just moved to Ontario - this is THE only dealer to go to I cannot recommend this dealership enough, and this is the only dealership I have EVER recommended. I am in the process of relocating to Ontario from another province and unfortunately have had some negative experiences in many areas, including the first 2 dealerships I went to. I have a Kia Optima back home and since i love it i was compelled to try one more Kia dealership. I was drawn to this one and called reception, just said i was sick of bad experiences and could they please just have a nice salesperson call me back. 5 minutes later Sean Whitton Sales Manager called me back. from that point the red carpet was rolled out and i did not ask for it! Sean introduced me to Gerald to help me with my search; very professional and helpful taking me through a used car journey! The key is to help me find the best car for me and sure enough a 2013 Kia Rio was - and that would not have been possible if they didn't pay me WELL for a beat up 15 year old Buick Regal trade in. Kyla from finance not only helped me navigate some financing but took like 30 minutes to come sit with me and talk about some helpful Ontario tips-everything from gas mileage to neighborhoods to live in. That was truly terrific. And when Kyla was busy Kevin from Finance stepped in to communicate and help reassure me things were on course - great teamwork! In my 40+ years of buying and driving multiple makes and models of cars I have never been more pleased and satisfied with all aspects of a car dealership and all the people I have dealt. Gerald Gayadin our salesperson, and Kevin Tostik in finance, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating when we bought the Soul. Kevin Ahmad went the 'extra kilometre' last year to work the deal on the Rio. I rack up more a lot of 'miles' and consequently have requirement for service in a shorter period of time than most. Rodney, Gordon, Sarah, and Enzo were fantastic to deal with in all follow-up service visits. We look forward to having the same experience all over again in the coming months and years.
