We test drove a few but our eyes kept wandering towards the new soul. Needless to say Louise did an excellent job in selling us our first car as a married couple. Louise was not aggressive at all, her calm persona makes you feel comfortable despite the intimidating factor that you are about to spend thousands of dollars. She was soft spoken and despite the extremely cold windy weather went the distance for us during our test driving. What a lovely patient woman. New cars are expensive, it's a big decision- but with that said a necessary purchase in today's world. The thought of having something reliable, fuel efficient and with a warranty really helped the decision making process. Kevin, the finance man was a pleasure to do business with. By far he is one of the best individuals I have ever met as far as the circumstances go. What I mean to say is that he was genuine, informative, forth coming and honest. These personality traits are excellent in an industry that is highly criticized for having shadey people on the pay role. Kevin worked with my husband and I to get zero percent financing - and guess what, we got it! making the whole experience that much better for ourselves and our wallets. Well, Let me tell you! we were totally wrong!! Georgetown Kia's reviews are all accurate to the very last letter. I personally have gone to almost every Kia dealer in the GTA and have dealt with most of the people at each one. There is no comparison to the service and expertise given to you at Geogetown Kia. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and no pressure attitude. We sat down with LOUISE LUPO. We told her our needs and what car we would like to be in. She got to work right from the start with our dreams in mind. We went for a test drive and LOUISE was very knowledgeable on all the features of the car and also very personable. We gave her our price and LOUISE worked out the finances right way, with no pressure and no hassle. The negotiations didn't take long. we got our price!! Then we were introduced to KEVIN TOSTIK. One of the nicest persons we have ever dealt with at a dealership. He was on our side the whole time. He didn't talk down to us or make us feel out of place.. He made us feel like he was our dad going into the the dealership to help us make the right choices and protect us from the "shifty car salesmen's". He was GREAT!
