Fixed Car + Free Wash! I walked in to the Service Department with the most annoying of requests: there was a 'rattling' under my hood. No, it didn't happen all the time. Just over a week ago my husband and I were going for a stroll down Guelph Street and decided to perouse the Kia Dealership lot as I was interested in Just over a week ago my husband and I were going for a stroll down Guelph Street and decided to perouse the Kia Dealership lot as I was interested in getting a Kia Sorento. Even though it was 15 minutes to closing time Louise Lupo came out and with no regard to quitting time answered all my questions, took me out for a test drive, and crunched numbers. We were made to feel right at home and it was an experience that was a pleasant surprise given the stereotype of "high pressured sales'. Well after closing time we headed out but not after making an appointment to meet with Kevin Tostik the following day. We sat down with Kevin told him what we needed and what we could afford and he was able to meet each and every request made and more. Louise, I thank you for being so good at what you do. You were able to read my mind and sold my husband on the car that I wanted. Kevin, you made everything I wanted and needed fit into a budget I could afford, thank you for all your hard work. We test drove a few but our eyes kept wandering towards the new soul. Needless to say Louise did an excellent job in selling us our first car as a married couple. Louise was not aggressive at all, her calm persona makes you feel comfortable despite the intimidating factor that you are about to spend thousands of dollars. She was soft spoken and despite the extremely cold windy weather went the distance for us during our test driving. What a lovely patient woman. New cars are expensive, it's a big decision- but with that said a necessary purchase in today's world. The thought of having something reliable, fuel efficient and with a warranty really helped the decision making process. Kevin, the finance man was a pleasure to do business with. By far he is one of the best individuals I have ever met as far as the circumstances go. What I mean to say is that he was genuine, informative, forth coming and honest. These personality traits are excellent in an industry that is highly criticized for having shadey people on the pay role. Kevin worked with my husband and I to get zero percent financing - and guess what, we got it! making the whole experience that much better for ourselves and our wallets.
