Horrible customer service! Beware Do NOT buy from this dealer, Bought brand new vehicle from this dealership and dealt with Adam Kahhale. The sales men here are money hungry and Beware Do NOT buy from this dealer, Bought brand new vehicle from this dealership and dealt with Adam Kahhale. The sales men here are money hungry and dont care about anything but the commissions. Once sale is complete you will be ignored. Do not deal with Adam especially he lies through his teeth and knows nothing about the vehicles he sell and same goes with most people working here. Dealership is tiny and parking lot is impossible to find somewhere to park. Nothing is accommodated you need to pay for coffee. water and snacks are minimal. guest area is always a mess. Worst of all the washrooms are a disaster. All employees do here is socialize, horrible just horrible. To top all this up if you have any issue to resolve good luck your going to be ignore unless you put up a huge stink. Good luck and i feel sorry for who ever closes a deal here. As for Adam good luck on your career it wont last very long. More

MOHSIN HYDARI is a honest guy to deal with So I deal with MOHSIN HYDARI in the Oakville Dealership. We sat down and he told me straight out he will put me in a car that I will love. He did that So I deal with MOHSIN HYDARI in the Oakville Dealership. We sat down and he told me straight out he will put me in a car that I will love. He did that I bought a Chrysler 200 from him. He knew what I was looking for right away. But the Oakville superstore dealership was family friendly. I took my 8 year old daughter with me. Another salesperson took my daughter and let her sit in an expensive car. If you go to other dealerships you don't see that often let a kid sit in a car. Then he give her a balloon she felt proud. I just want to thank MOHSIN HYDARI for your service and being honest with me. I will be back to see MOHSIN HYDARI for sure on my next car. So I am going to recommend him for you if your looking for no BS service he is your man to see for your next car. More

Good Experience, close to home. I do most of my research online, so I more of less knew what I wanted when I arrived. Pete was great in helping take some test drives to help me narr I do most of my research online, so I more of less knew what I wanted when I arrived. Pete was great in helping take some test drives to help me narrow down my decision between models. When I decided on the car I wanted, The colour they had on the lot was not my preference, but I found one I preferred on a wider carnation search and Pete arranged to have the car brought over to the Georgetown dealership so I could see and drive it in person. Pete was very prompt in returning calls and e-mails, and even went as far as showing up early or staying late when it was required by my schedule, definitely above and beyond service. More
