Speedy service I needed an oil change and decided to use the express service. Troy, the service rep, was friendly and efficient going out of his way to meet my need I needed an oil change and decided to use the express service. Oil change with Great Service I recently drove from Whitehorse,Yukon to Edmonton,Alberta on a business trip. Had a look at my speedometer and realized that i need the 24000km oil c I recently drove from Whitehorse,Yukon to Edmonton,Alberta on a business trip. Had a look at my speedometer and realized that i need the 24000km oil change service. I contacted Gateway toyota and was told that the earliest appointment was only available in about a month, but if i drop by and they are not busy they could possibly assist me. So the next morning i dropped by and spoke to Troy Vinthers and he told me right away, bring your Tundra and we will take care of it. Half an hour later my Tundra was All done and the warranty covered the cost. What is so amazing for me is that Toyota take care of its customers after they have sold them a viehcle with a passion and a Smile. More
