Tire repair I went to the service department without an appointment to see if they would be able to repair my tire. I had a slow leak. It is a very busy time of the year for tire work in Edmonton right now and I was very pleasantly surprised when they told me it would be no problem to repair it today. I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours! Remarkable without an appointment. Troy, the service advisor I dealt with, greeted me and was very friendly and courteous. I have had Troy be my service rep on many occasions and have always been very satisfied with him. More

Only place to take my vehicle! I never fear they are overcharging or doing more than is necessary. They have reasonable prices for oil changes (and they wash my car!), and they are I never fear they are overcharging or doing more than is necessary. Gateway is the BEST. I bought my RAV 4 at Gateway in 2004 and I'm still driving it because I've always had it serviced there. Had a good experience overall. Oil change was positive. I went on a Saturday and I waited approximately 1 hour (average of my previous visits for oïl changes).
