"Winterize Ready" I bought my Matrix at this dealer in 2007 and they have been taking car of my car since. Winterize my car I took my car in for an oil change and have the winter tires installed. The mechanic found a problem with leaking oil pan gasket, so it was fixed as w I took my car in for an oil change and have the winter tires installed. The mechanic found a problem with leaking oil pan gasket, so it was fixed as well. Gives me peace of mind going into the winter season. Veronica Russell was great to deal with...she was very friendly and explained everything clearly. In the past I have had great service from Troy Vinthers and Todd Pringle as well. It is nice to see a familiar and friendly face when coming into the Service Department. Kudos to all of you! The shuttle service is also very much appreciated. All the drivers I have had over the years have been very friendly and provide excellent service. And finally, the car wash is the final icing on the cake! More

Winter tire installation Today I brought my vehicle in for my winter tire installation and Winterization special. I also needed a new front left wiper blade replacement plus m Today I brought my vehicle in for my winter tire installation and Winterization special. I also needed a new front left wiper blade replacement plus my back rear hatch door was sticky and I was having a hard time opening it. Troy (690) was going to look after all my needs. He called me in the afternoon and advised me that I needed new front brakes. He was unable to reach me so left me a voice mail. I was very pleased that he had given an okay to this being down. I always go to Troy and trust him to make decisions for me if they are of a big nature, like new brakes. I have been coming to Gateway for many years and really appreciate all their staff. More

Troy in service was beyond helpful, he was able to get me in right away, did the service in half the time I was quoted by VW. Not to mention at a much more reasonable price.
