When you buy a new vehicle you are also indirectly including the service department in your purchase Just wanted to put a few comments in about Troy . When you buy a new vehicle you are also indirectly including the service department in your purchase thoughts and research. Although we have bought many vehicles from this dealership one of the prime reasons we continue too over the years is the relationship we have with Troy Vinthers he inspires confidence when you bring your vehicle in for service , sometimes mistakes are made or other issues but how he deals with them and corrects them is very professional. As well he is very good with very picky customers which I happen to be and I appreciate his thoroughness. Troy is exceptional in his position , as a side note this service department has as a whole one of the best service departments in the city ,advisers , mechanic,s as a whole and I can say this as we have several different makes of vehicles and take them to there respective dealerships. More

Awesome! I've been taking my car to Gateway Toyota for just about 10 years and every time I'm there the service is outstanding. Yesterday I took my RAV4 in for I've been taking my car to Gateway Toyota for just about 10 years and every time I'm there the service is outstanding. Yesterday I took my RAV4 in for the 64,000km "checkup" and to switch to my winter tires. I dropped my car off at 730am and then took the shuttle to work. Not only did Bonnie keep me apprised of everything that was going on concerning my car (winter tires had leaks, etc), but also when I got back to Gateway that night (around 6pm) to pick up my car one of the shuttle drivers who had seen me in the morning approached me, wondering why I was only now picking up my car; concerned that perhaps Gateway had taken that long to work on my car or that the shuttle driver who had picked me up was extremely tardy. I assured him that no, it had nothing to do with Gateway, I just had a lot of work to do at the office and couldn't get out sooner. I was extremely touched that not only did he recognize me, but that he was concerned enough to ask me. I just wish I read his name tag to tell you who that was! More

He listened to my explanation that, in an emergency, I needed to get another dealership to put on my winter tires. He said that, in any other emergencies, to call him personally and he'd solve a problem. (In my case it was related to a death & funeral of a friend). He assured me that I wouldn't have tires or balancing checked. He apologized that the car wash had broken down and told me to come back for a wash. I also asked him about the unused credit on my expired card and he up-dated it and credited me with the applicable reductions. Sadly, you guys no longer give us a % OFF LUNCH.. a nice touch when I have to wait 2 and a half hours. I usually do that so that I don't need shuttle service. Please reinstate the lunch credit. There is also a lovely spirit of camaraderie and a wholesome sense of humour about Troy. Toyota should be delighted to have a guy like Troy on staff, Elizabeth Stolee More
Excellent Service Technician I was really impressed with the service I received for my Toyota Venza. The driver side mirror cover needed to be replaced. Bonnie ordered the part, I was really impressed with the service I received for my Toyota Venza. The driver side mirror cover needed to be replaced. Bonnie ordered the part, ensured it was the correct cover and colour and then had it coated with a protective covering. She made absolutely sure that it was installed correctly and I was on my way shortly thereafter. Bonnie is always cheerful, helpful and very conscientious that any service is done correctly. She is my go to technician. More
Never trust them again I had prius v 2012 km 388000 check engine light came 5 times in 4 months and that 5 time I take car to Gateway toyata .every time they change somethin I had prius v 2012 km 388000 check engine light came 5 times in 4 months and that 5 time I take car to Gateway toyata .every time they change something and every time bill was more than 1000 one time I paid 2300 also total i paid them $4600.and today 1 Dec 2015 again check engine light I go there now they left nothing to change and this time theyou say 3500 just labour and say I don't want to do from u guys I took car to other machanic and he u should change engine that is main problem for again and again check engine light and I change engine and transmission in $2800 just 40000 km on it so please they just make money and every service lady had commission the money they make from us. More
