Great Service and Staff I was so much impressed by the service and the staff. I got there at at 7:25 AM for the service of my vehicle and they opened up the door exact at 7:3 I was so much impressed by the service and the staff. I got there at at 7:25 AM for the service of my vehicle and they opened up the door exact at 7:30 AM (Punctual). The moment I entered, they (Veronica and other staff) took charge of everything. I was a bit worried as to how and when will I reach at my work place, however they provided me with a courtesy shuttle and LRT tickets to travel to my workplace. I thought I will get my vehicle in the evening, however I got a call that my vehicle is ready by afternoon (very efficient). The courtesy shuttle was already waiting for me on the way back. The shuttle driver (Dan) was also very nice. I was totally astonished when I saw my vehicle was ready to go and it was totally washed and cleaned up for me. There was a noise problem with the suspension mounts. I took a drive and found that they fixed the issue. As a customer it matters alot to me. It was such a nice experience that changed my mind about buying my next vehicle. I will definitely buy my next vehicle (and all the services) from them. I would recommend to all my friends and family to go for Gateway Toyota. I want to say thanks to the entire team for keeping up the good work. More
