Always great!! I have been dealing with Troy since 2004 when I bought a new Toyota 4 runner. Troy has been awesome all these years. I would never go anywhere else fo I have been dealing with Troy since 2004 when I bought a new Toyota 4 runner. Troy has been awesome all these years. I would never go anywhere else for service due to him. Please do not tell him, his head will swell big time!! :) I feel I would be lost without him. Happy customer Extremely smooth process of regular scheduled maintenance. Booked the service online and confirmed via e-mail with Diane C. Dropped off my vehicle a Extremely smooth process of regular scheduled maintenance. Booked the service online and confirmed via e-mail with Diane C. Dropped off my vehicle at the pre-arranged time and was met by Troy. Reviewed the maintenance and recall item and it wasn't long before I was in a shuttle back to my office. Troy called back at the estimated completion time and I was told my vehicle was ready and it was another quick shuttle ride back to pick up my vehicle. I appreciated that the technician that worked on my vehicle also reviewed some items with me and that I was e-mailed a copy of the invoice before I was even picked up by the shuttle. Thanks! There's a great team here. More
